Welcome to a spacious, fully fenced private backyard designed with dogs in mind. The yard features a large grass area perfect for running, playing, and training, along with shaded spaces, a covered patio, and comfortable seating areas—including hanging chairs for owners to relax while their dogs enjoy the space. This is a great spot for: • Off-leash exercise • Recall and obedience training • Dogs that need a secure, private environment Amenities: • Water access available at the back of the house • Shaded areas and seating • Spacious grass yard Training-Friendly Environment: Our huskies are located in a separate, enclosed kennel area at the back of the property and may be visible during your visit. They are completely separated and cannot access the yard, ensuring your dog’s safety at all times. You may hear occasional barking or howling, which makes this a great environment for training with real-life distractions while still maintaining full control and separation.

Dog Run / Yard Rules 1. Side Gate • Always close and lock the side gate when entering and leaving. • The latch must be secured by hand—simply swinging the gate shut will not lock it. 2. Dog Kennels • Do not open any dog kennel doors. 3. Cleanliness • Pick up all dog waste and dispose of it in the black bin. • If your dog urinates on furniture or fixture covers, please rinse the area with the hose. 4. No Smoking • Smoking is not permitted in this area.

The property is 5 acres and fully fenced but 3 of the 5 acres is perfect for dogs there is a long treeline of 50 or so assorted trees mostly eucalyptus 50 feet high. Plenty of parking, indoor bathroom in our warehouse. We also have 6 miniature goats available for interactions if your dog won't hurt them. But the goats are separated from the area by fencing.
