Description

This fully fenced charming yard is 850 square feet of green grass and play space. It has a mown lawn, some small shrubs to sniff and explore, and a couple of flower beds. It's a small space but is a lovely place for a get-together of small dogs or a little escape to let your petite pooch have some off leash fun. Perfect for folks in apartments or without fenced yards! We have chairs, tables, an umbrella,and a Hammock for dog-owners to enjoy 🌞⛱️🌷 **Please note that sniffspot charges in US dollars. There will be a conversion to CA dollars and the credit cards international fee.

Sarah provided the perfect safe space for my sweet boy to sniff and explore to his hearts content. The grass was thick and green and the garden was lovely. Sarah left out fresh water and a pretty jug with more when needed plus some balls to play with. She said we could park in her laneway but we found quick parking on the street. Timon was one very happy SharPei. We’d love to be back soon.

***Charges are in USD*** This is a 1.5 acre field that is perfect for off-leash and distraction free time with your dogs! This space provides apt enrichment for dogs of all ages. The space offers a combination of grassy fields, small wooded area, and a small pond for dogs to run and explore. There is a seating area and garbage bin for owners to use. This Sniffspot provides your dog the opportunity to just be a dog! When you book a visit you will be the only person on the property, so there is no risk of distractions caused by other people or animals. Please park in front of the big gates and enter the park through the green gate to the left. If you have a new pup that is having recall problems, or you have a reactive dog, this is a perfect stress-free environment for them to enjoy. They will be able to run and play without risk of getting too far, or seeing another dog. We also offer an assortment of agility equipment. It sits on part of my property that offers paths to roam and discover, as well as water holes that are found mostly in the spring and fall, and dry up in the summer months. There is a beautiful changing foliage, wild flowers, small trees and birds. It is unfenced, however, there are paths that are closer inland and away from the road.

There are chairs, table, poop bags (in shed), trash can, and garden hose ( in summer only) in the yard for guests to use. You can choose to bring your dogs poop away or put it in the small green bin (organic bin). Please make sure your dog poop is fully wrapped by poop bag before you put it in the bin.
