Just a short drive south of Ottawa, LK Farm offers over 70 acres of private off-leash space to run, sniff, play, and explore. Wander through open fields, winding forest trails, and a peaceful pond tucked among the trees. Keep an eye out, you may even spot deer, wild turkeys, and other local wildlife along the way! Our natural pond is surrounded by trees and naturally collects leaves and other organic matter, so it may occasionally have a light earthy smell. Fresh drinking water and a rinse station are available for your dog before you head home. We welcome dogs of all breeds, sizes, and abilities. Whether your dog is reactive, in training, or simply loves wide-open spaces, we strive to provide a safe, peaceful, and enjoyable experience for everyone. We welcome all dogs, regardless of breed or size, and prioritize safety above all!

Southridge Dog Spot

***Charges are in USD*** ** we will be closed from January to March ** This is a 1.5 acre field that is perfect for off-leash and distraction free time with your dogs! This space provides apt enrichment for dogs of all ages. The space offers a combination of grassy fields, small wooded area, and a small pond for dogs to run and explore. There is a seating area and garbage bin for owners to use. This Sniffspot provides your dog the opportunity to just be a dog! When you book a visit you will be the only person on the property, so there is no risk of distractions caused by other people or animals. Please park in front of the big gates and enter the park through the green gate to the left. If you have a new pup that is having recall problems, or you have a reactive dog, this is a perfect stress-free environment for them to enjoy. They will be able to run and play without risk of getting too far, or seeing another dog. We also offer an assortment of agility equipment. Please set it up and return it near the trees at the end of your visit. We offer a discount to anyone with foster dogs, please reach out for details. Please note that the app uses USD, so expect a 30% increase due to the exchange rate. There are some burrs on the hill under the trees. Your dogs can walk or swim and cool off. Some tend to dry out in the summer months. There is beautiful changing foliage, wild flowers, small trees to enjoy and tons of birds that make this spot their home. It is unfenced, but with so many many winding paths to enjoy. You can remain more inland. Come and discover this spot for yourself.

This spot includes a 1/2 acre fenced (4' high fence) yard complete with toys, drinking water, and poop bags. Kiddie pool is available as an add-on. Still under construction are: - a small walking trail for on-leash use through a mini forest - gazebo for shade - play equipment - digging zone You will currently see geese/ducks on our front lawn, but they will be moved soon and only visible from the on-leash mini-trail. Please note, in the summer, there will be insects!

Willow Run

Welcome to Willow Run 🌿🐾 We’re Nate and Rita, and we love our girl, Shadow — but she’s reactive, and after some difficult experiences at public dog parks, finding safe places where she could simply run and enjoy being a dog wasn’t always easy. That’s one of the reasons we were so thankful to discover Sniffspot. Being able to rent private spaces gave Shadow the freedom to explore, play, and run without the stress of unfamiliar dogs suddenly entering her space. Still, we always had one big goal: to give her that same freedom at home. So when we moved out of the city, a proper fence was near the top of our list. We built a 7-foot solid wood privacy fence around our backyard, reaching right down to the ground and intentionally designed without gaps or openings. Seeing Shadow — along with our other two dogs — running, sniffing, wrestling, and playing freely back there has been an absolute joy. There’s a particular kind of peace of mind that comes from opening the door and knowing your dogs have a secure place where they can just… be dogs. And that got us thinking. We knew firsthand how difficult it could be to find a Sniffspot that felt truly private, securely fenced, and large enough for a dog to actually stretch their legs. So we decided to divide our yard and open part of it to others who might be looking for exactly what we once needed. Welcome to Willow Run. With over 100 feet of length and just under 5,000 square feet of private space, there’s plenty of room for your dog to run, sniff, explore, play, or simply enjoy some quiet time outside. The yard is surrounded by a 7-foot solid wood privacy fence, giving you and your dog a peaceful little pocket surrounded by nature while remaining safely enclosed. Our own three dogs comfortably enjoy the space together, making Willow Run a great option for multi-dog households, trainers looking for a private place to work with reactive or easily distracted dogs, and pack walkers looking for a secure space to safely exercise and work with multiple dogs.
