Still an amazing spot but we got into burrs and my dog has long hair. He was full of them, stay away from parts of the wooded area!
This is a great space to let your dog(s) zoom around! After reading a few other reviews, we were worried about finding the Sniffspot, but it was really easy to find using the host's instructions. We had to pull up maybe 100m extra past where the address was, but it was hard to miss (and someone has also identified it on Google Maps). There is a neon flag at the entrance, as well as a sign on the gate. As for the space itself, it's a giant C shape of open space with a little hill covered in trees in the middle. Clean, quiet, spacious - we'll definitely go back.
This spot is fantastic! Very well maintained with lots of different terrain for dogs to explore.

Great field. My dog and I love visiting! Wouldn’t recommend for flight risk dogs but it’s a nice spot for dogs who have a good recall but want somewhere private.
My dog loved it so much. And me too! Lots of space, some water/mud and a little wooded area to go explore more smells ! We will be back!
Easy to find, nice natural space. Long grass, bring your own water. The main issue it the entry gate is old and the wires are full of gaps and allows a medium/large dog to go through the wires. We were ok to keep our issue dog in the other area. But couldn’t entirely relax, as he could escape if he wanted to. Dogs had fun tho!
The grass is a little long but it is a nice big space and my dog enjoyed running around. Host was very accommodating

Not sure why we were charged 25 when it says 18..taxes? But regardless i have no problem paying the price to bring my dog here, such a nice area, sufficently fenced in for my dog who just had so much fun! Very clean and well kept and nice arrangement of spaces for my dog to explore without worry
I would not recommend this place to others. To start, they advertise a price but end-up charging more (on the website, it does not say that the price is in US dollars.) instead of charging me 12$ as advertised, I was charged $16. Also, the location was not very easy to find. Once on site, I noticed there were no double gates to safely enter with the dog, and no grass. The field was not well maintained, making it difficult to walk through for me and difficult to run through for my dog. There were fallen trees, and an area with tall grass land in merki muddy water. Compared to other private off-leash dog parks, this one disapoints.
Wonderful place for your dogs to be dogs! They love it here and because they do I do too. What a great way to spend a bit of the day! Thank you Clayton, thank you sniffspot.

Wonderful spot, easy to get to. Lots of space to roam and explore! Considerate accommodations like a bench in the shade, water bowl etc. Would love to come back soon!
The place was difficult to find along the highway but i was able to get in contact with Clayton and get some additional help with finding the place. The parking is right off the highway (no long driveway) and the front half of the field is within view of the road. However the fence seemed secure, the back half was very quiet and secluded and my dog had a great time. We'd come back again!
Great field spot for reactive dogs and good for dog meet ups. Nice wooded area for shade. Water area v muddy which the pups loved (our car less so haha)
This was the PERFECT spot to take our dogs! We've dreamed of having our dogs just run free in a field but finding a spot that our 3.5lb yorkie can't escape is hard but this was perfect! We will definitely be returning!
First visit. Won’t be our last. Our girls had a blast running around, exploring the wooded hill and generally getting their “ya yas” out.

Lots of space to run around with interesting features like a swamp/pond, hill with trees, open field. There's a busy highway on one side but it is securely fenced and trees/bushes along the fence line. All in all our dog had a great time!
This spot was great! For those who may be a bit worried about the busy road, I went first thing in the morning and the traffic was minimal.
Love it here! The dogs always have a blast.

I am basing my review on my dogs happiness level. They were delighted to be dogs and I was delighted to have found this place. It’s a brilliant idea. One of my dogs could be reactive and this allows us to all relax!!
Lots of room for dogs to run. Grass is long so you lose your toys easily. Overall, dogs still had fun!🙂

There's plenty of space for your pup to run around and play fetch. If you're tired or just want to chill, there's a bench right in the middle of the field too. Just remember to bring your sunscreen, cause there's not a lot of shadows and to consider protecting your ankles with something cause sometimes the grass might be a little taller
Very nice place lots of room and safe. I just wish the grass was cut. Lost my dogs ball and was not able to recover in the long bushy grass! I will be back for sure it’s close to home and the dogs loved it.
First off, my dog absolutely loved his time here. It is a huge spot, which means you might not want to bring a dog that doesn’t have reliable recall. However, the dogs have ample room to run and play. If your dog is adventurous like mine, they will definitely find some trouble to get into! My pup ran down to the pond and came back covered in thick mud. He also loved running through the undergrowth and picked up dozens of burs. Overall, if you have the patience for a thorough bath and brush afterwards, it is a good spot for your dogs to explore.
The dogs had a great time but I wish I had known the grass wasn't cut. Hard to walk around in sandals. Make sure to wear running shoes.
Fantastic! We sat in the shade on the hill while the dogs explored. Dont forget to bring a lot of water and chairs. The grass is cut so you can see smaller dogs running in the field. We loved it!
We were running late because of traffic and accidents and thr host moved our timeslot for us with no issues. Great little spot - good views and a shady spot on the middle! Love it

Our doggos had so much fun visiting the sniffspot today. This was our first time here and we really enjoyed it. The entrance was easy to locate and easy to open and the space was well maintained and clean.
Although we didn’t realize the sniffspot was so close to the road, there was plenty of space just on the other side of the bush area that was further back and blocked from the road so the dogs weren’t so anxious.
They loved splashing in the pond area and running around in the field with each other.
We definitely recommend bringing extra towels for the dogs as they got super muddy in the pond. There’s also not a lot of shade so for the dog parents we recommend hats and extra water. There are bleachers set up to sit on but they are only on one side of the field so next time we would probably bring our own lawn chairs so we can sit over by the pond as our dogs preferred that area.
Overall, we had a great time, the dogs had a great time, and we will definitely be using this sniffspot again!
This spot is great! My dogs loved the pond and running through the open field and wooded area. 100% recommend!
The spot is very large and beautiful. Sadly, it seems we showed up at a time when the grass had not been cut in a long time, and was as high as our calves. We would love to go back, but not sure we will want to risk getting tick bites.
We had a grand time this morning at Southridge Dog Spot! A very large area for the dogs to run around and explore!
The dogs loved the area and the water was a nice treat for them on a hot day.
Good spot but grass is quite tall one spot of mud in the park and of course my dog managed to find it so take into consideration if you don’t want your dog getting dirty
Nice fenced in field - lots of long grass, a hill with trees, and a small pond. Fence is in good shape, a few patches along the road are cattle fencing (ie large enough grid size that a small, determined dog could maybe squeeze through). Bike path runs along the north side of the field, blocked by a row of trees.
It's a great place to bring your dogs! Lots to sniff! A little pond for dogs that love water and a hill with tall grass and trees! My dogs we're so tired after visiting this park!
Great spot!! My only comment would be the gate and some other parts of the fence have big enough holes for my pup to fit through (she’s still only little for now) and the grass in some places was well above my knees. Fully understandable as the property was hit hard by the storm not long ago. Could also maybe use some shade somewhere for the humans to retreat from the heat. All in all.. great spot! Will return!
The fenced in area is great and the dogs love to run. The bleachers are a great place to sit and watch. I'd recommend wearing long pants if you plan to play in the field as the rows of cut crops are thicker longer than grass.
Great area! The grass was very long so I recommend bringing appropriate footwear! Expect to see dogs walking on the recreational trail beside.
Great, secure space for our dogs to run free. The field section is well maintained but the other portion has a ton of burrs that were bothersome to the dogs we brought. We know for next time to keep them to the maintained part only!

It was our first time. It was a nice large area. Our dog loved it. To find it, look for the sign on the gate.
Our second visit was just as fun. Great fencing and at this time of year the water is fun. The only comment I have is not related to this SniffSpot but the prices are in US dollar but it’s not clearly indicated on the site in general.

It’s our first Sniffspot ever and we had a positive experience. Clayton is an excellent communicator and we found the spot easily. It’s a clean, well fenced spot with a hill in the middle to help with shade and hide and seek. A great spot to work on training with minimal distractions and safe when it comes to not having other dogs ruin your day. The spring water was a bonus for our lab. We will be hearing happy snoring sounds tonight.
We had a fantastic time at this sniffspot! Our dog ran freely and we had the peace of mind of a well-fenced, private property with no hazards. Fun features included a bog, hills for running, bleachers to sit on and and plenty of terrain for our pup to smell. We actually booked in for the next day while we were still at the Spot. Love it, thank you to Clayton for being a gracious host and making sure we knew how to find the property!

Was a great spot for my little shorkie. He enjoyed running up the hill and jumping over any puddles in the field. There were a few gaps near the gate that he could have went under if he wanted to which is a bit scary considering it’s on a busy main road. Other than that it was a fun time for him!

Easy to find, exactly as advertised. Our greyhound puppy LOVES the free space to run, we love that it's private and fenced. Wear boots if there has been rain in the last week!
Very good place my dog did end up getting cut pretty badly but that’s just because we were never there before and didn’t know about the swamp we will definitely be back when our regular place isn’t available!

We picked the wettest day this year💦
Although there were a number of large puddles on the property because the ground was long grass my boys did not get too muddy. They did however find some bures that were scattered on the hill .. but otherwise it is a great spot. I was initially concerned about the main road and the security of the fence. So I walked all around prior to letting them in and it was all good.
We will definitely recommend the park and be back ourselves! 🐾
The place has potential however not the right place for my boys. I have two huskies. They are escape artists, super fast and have little to no recall. In some of the fenced area (along the trail) and even along the main road the wire fence grid is large enough for my two escape artists to go trough within seconds. They would easily probably slide under the main gate and run right on the 80km speed limit busy road as well. I didn’t feel it was safe to let them free. I took a tour with them in the leash and left. Instead I walked them on the trail that’s close by. I also didn’t have with me the long leashes. That might have helped. I think the place is fantastic for obedient dogs with good recall and no high energy or sense of adventure like mine. It could probably work better during summer when the trees and vegetation covers the fence a bit more and with long leashes.

A great space, nice big open field, the hills make it a really beautiful spot, plus being so close to the prescott russell trail. Sign helped to find it much easier. However, it hadn't been mowed in some time when we were there and the grass was really tall- be sure to be tick ready, as I found a few on our dog within 10 minutes or so. I have a pretty big tick-phobia so I was nervous, but that depends on owners level of comfort! Bring rainboots!
Awesome area with lots of room and a little wooded hill. Field was wet in some spots but not an issue!
Spot was a little hard to find but host was very helpful with directions. Lovely place to let the dogs run around have fun. There are some burrs so if you have a dog with long hair I would definitely bring a brush.
The site wasn’t very well identified. Also, I was expecting a fenced in groomed area but we were just really in a field of tall grass. Not ideal for a corgi.

Really neat space! Our puppy enjoyed his time sniffing. Didn't see anywhere to sit and couldn't find the garbage.
The trail to walk is a little bit bumpy and can get tiring to walk for that reason. Something to keep in mind if mobility is an issue.
The space was huge and well maintained. I will bring my dog here again!
