PLEASE NOTE: This is a field and ground is uneven, it is not a manicured lawn. The area in the forest is mucky. PARKING: Do not enter house driveway, there is a private parking lot by the field. See map. IMPORTANT: all prices are listed in USD and guests are charged in USD Welcome to Capital Bark Park Dog Park, your furry friend’s new favourite spot! The perfect place for your canine companions to have a great time. Our park is located in a beautiful natural setting, with plenty of space for dogs to run and play. We believe that every dog deserves a safe and fun environment to play and exercise in. Our dog park is approximately 2.5 acres with 5 foot fencing that has an open area for running and a small forested area that is great for sniffing. There are some obstacles to explore , an area to play fetch and run free, and a waste disposal station. Some sun , some shade and lots of room to run, sniff and explore. Enjoy clean, fresh air while your dog romps, and explores . There are natural roots and rocks in the field, some brush and a large flat grassed area. It is a field so the ground is uneven. Whether your dog loves to sniff and stroll, do zoomies, climb obstacles or play fetch there are options for all. There is parking for up to three cars, with access directly off the road. We take pride in maintaining a clean and well-managed park, so please remember to clean up after your pet and follow our park rules. We are excited to have you and your dog join our community, so come on down and enjoy the fun at Capital Bark Park! Hi, We are dog lovers, who moved to the country in part to give our dogs a great spot to run and play. We spent the first few years creating a spot for our dogs to enjoy and are now ready to let other dogs enjoy as well. We are on 50 acres, and are starting with sharing a fully fenced 1 acre area, as we think all dogs should have access to safe places to just be dogs.

Why?? first we love dogs but can no longer have one and we have a humongous problem with wild turkeys on our property. Other than shooting them the only other remedy is scaring them and a dog will do that. right now we have 32 grazing on our front lawn. No you cant shoot them it's out of season and many of them have trackers on them. Obviously your dog would have to be obedient or it would be in the next township still chasing, so it has to return on call. To the "they were there first" crowd come on over and walk though wall to wall turkey poop and we can talk. If you're interested in using our fields for a dog run and at the same time helping us scare the turkeys message us.
