Decent sized mowed yard with fire pit and patio seating as well as useable grilling area and lighted pop out umbrellas. Kid friendly backyard with swing set and other children/human friendly amenities such as a swimming pool with a deck , and easy access to backyard creek and mini beach-like pond further beyond the creek area. Off street parking and dumpster on site.

Welcome to Fun in Freeville: Fenced Yard Edition! Come enjoy our 2,500 sq. ft. fully fenced-in yard. Includes deck access and seating. There is a large umbrella for shade and rain in the summer. The ground in the yard is pretty flat and mostly grass. It can get a little muddy during very wet times of the year. There is a hose available for washing off mud, cooling off, or filling up the kiddie pool in the summer. We have a box on the deck filled with balls, frisbees, and other toys. We have a small fire pit in the yard - if you want to start a fire, just let us know! Bring your binoculars if you enjoy birding. Please let us know if you're interested in having a fire or want to know if the pool is out. We'd be happy to start a fire for you if we're available or ensure the kiddie pool has fresh water.
