55Wow...such a wonderful experience. I finally got to see my reactive dog relax, have fun, and explore! We came after a huge rainstorm and the property owner was very transparent it would be muddy because of that. It didn't stop us, my dog loved his "mud bath" and it was so worth the bath that followed. I am making this sniff spot our go-to.
55Very nice outing. Open fields, pond to swim and woods to explore. Will be back.
55This place is amazing. Itā€™s not fenced but thereā€™s tons of land and itā€™s perfect for working on long line or off-leash recall, etc. Thereā€™s a cute pond too! Itā€™s not far from the city and my dog had a great time. I will definitely be back.
55This is my favorite Sniffspot nearby. I absolutely love the land and the pond. My dog could spend a whole day here if I let her.
55What a beautiful spot! Our one year old golden retriever pup had a blast - tons of space for her to run around on a long lead (still working on her recall :) ). We will definitely be back!
55Lovely large area for dogs to run around! Sarah was very clear about how to get there. Thereā€™s a little pond which might be fun to splash around in the summer. Our dogs had a blast! PS we were a bit nervous because our reactive dog ran off towards the end where he heard a car or something & itā€™s totally unfenced and not secluded (other houses/farms in the distance). His recall is decent so he came back to us but just something to keep in mind!
55Brooks had a wonderful time! He loved exploring, smelling all the smells and practicing his recall. Lots of open space to play fetch and run around!
55Maggie had an absolute blast! The open field is perfect for throwing a ball or just allowing your dog for some off leash fun. The pond was quite muddy, but the bank is low enough that my dog didnā€™t struggle to get in an out despite the mud. We will definitely be back, especially when it warms up. Definitely agree with Sarahā€™s warning about smaller vehicles being unable to get up the driveway, but it wasnā€™t much of a challenge for my mid-size suv.
55This is my favorite spot by far. My dogs love running around here ā¤ļø
55Currently writing this while our pups are passed out on the couch after spending time at Dragonfly Hollow. They could not have had a better time! It was so nice to have such a large space for them to run around and just be dogs. Our puppy even cannonballed a few times into the pond despite the cold weather šŸ˜‚ We will for sure be backā€” especially in the spring/summer!

UPDATE: Our spot is only open sporadically since we are building a small home on the property and there will be construction going on. Please message me if you want to set up a time to bring your dogs out. I am a middle school art teacher and artist who lives on 38 agricultural acres close to Baltimore. We live on the edge of the dairy farm my grandfather and his brothers owned for years. Now it is a local peach, apple and berry orchard. My kids are the 6th generation on this land. I am a passionate reader and vegan who loves animals, hiking, yoga and nature but also enjoys living close enough to a major city to enjoy theater, museums and culture often.
