I have a beautiful fully fenced 1/3 acre yard. There is a pond that is fenced and not able for dogs to use but does provide some squirrels and such for them to chase. A porch swing is available for owners to sit on. I have 2 dogs and 3 kids who regularly use the yard but their things will be cleaned up and they will not have access during reservations.

Our quarter-acre, fully fenced yard gives your group space to stretch their legs, practice training, or share a playdate with familiar dogs, with a maximum of 6 dogs per booking. I’m Nick, and I’ve cared for dogs my entire life, including large working breeds, senior dogs, puppies, and dogs with medical needs. Through Lu’s Doggy Watch, my home-style boarding and daycare service, I’ve learned how much each dog’s personality and routine matter. I bring that same thoughtful, welcoming approach to sharing our yard with the Sniffspot community. Lu’s Doggy Watch was inspired by my Doberman, Eero Lucas ("Big Lu"), who passed away unexpectedly due to DCM. After losing him, the house felt far too quiet. Welcoming dogs back into this space became a way to honor him—and sharing the yard gives more dogs and their people a chance to make happy memories here. During your visit, enjoy dog drinking water, toys, waste bags, a trash can, seating, and rain shelter/sun shade. Birds and squirrels may visit the yard, and other dogs may sometimes be heard or seen nearby. The fence is 4 feet tall at its lowest point, so please consider your dog’s jumping ability and check the enclosure before letting them off leash. Your Sniffspot reservation is for private yard time with your own group. Please stay with and supervise your dogs throughout the visit. Whether your pup prefers a lively game of fetch or a leisurely sniff around, you can enjoy the space together at their pace. Arrival is simple: park on the street and let me know you’re here. Use either entrance on the east or west side of the house to reach the backyard. The gates are unlocked—lift the latch to open, then close and secure the gate behind you before letting your dogs off leash. Thank you for trusting Lu’s Doggy Watch. The Blue House Play Park

Welcome to the Blue House Play Park! (The light blue house) Easy to find and convenient entrance to the backyard right in front of the driveway. Feel free to park on the drive or in front of the house if parking is available, or anywhere you see fit in the cul-de-sac. You will have uninterrupted time with your pup(s) in my large fenced-in backyard. I have two doggos but won't be outside during your booked time, I sometimes will have an extra pup in the house as I also offer dog boarding through Rover, but again they won't be out while you visit. Feel free to use the hose for water and the trash can to dispose of waste. I have a container of dog toys available for use, as well as added agility equipment for those who wish to do a little training. Feel free to use the hose/wash area to rinse off your dogs paws after play, no need to add the extra for that. The extra is if you want all the other stuff included for a more in depth bathing. The grass in the yard is cut every two weeks during the summer leading into the fall months. There may be some divots/holes in the yard so please watch your footing.

Welcome to Max’s Place 😊 We recently lost our big baby, Max, and his mother, Diamond, two years before that. When house hunting, I made sure to buy a house with a nice size yard for our dogs. Now that they are no longer here, we’d like to invite others to enjoy the freedom to run around. Max’s Place is completely fenced. We offer the use of a small agility set, a lounging area for both dogs and their humans, toys and balls. We will provide bottled water for all. There is a hose hookup in the back for use (splashing, bathing, drinking) for an additional charge. Once the weather warms up we’ll also have a splash pool available at an additional charge. **We are mastiff lovers but accept dogs of all colors/shapes/sizes. 😃 ** Beautiful, fully fenced, 1 acre open area that includes a small patch of woods. This spot is perfect for enjoying some private play time and relaxation with your dog. Part of the yard is enclosed by 6 foot privacy fence and the rest is 4 foot split rail with wire backing. **SMALL/TOY BREEDS are welcomed but will need to be WATCHED CLOSELY.** The small patch of woods provides a great place for your dog to explore and sniff away. The yard is large enough to provide an open sunny area and a more private area shaded by tall trees. There are several security cameras on site. For nighttime visits, the first half of the yard is lit, but the very back of the backyard does not currently have lighting.

Plenty of shade during the warmer months and a fire pit offers some extra warmth during the cooler months. During the summer season, Extras such as a puppy pool, Lounge Pool for Humans and sprinklers will be made available! Amenities: Snacks, Bottled Waters, and Poop Bags are always included. Wifi is available as well. We are a smoke friendly yard - lighter and ashtray are located on the patio table. Please dispose of all waste in the trashcan. Seating: We have 4 Chairs under the gazebo. We also have 5 other lounge chairs available in the yard. Parking: Our driveway can accommodate 7-9 vehicles. Street Parking is also available. If using the driveway, please pull far enough in to allow other vehicles to enter/exit.
