Description

This is a ranch / farm in Grass Lake, MI with 4+ acres of open area for dogs to run, play, train, and practice off leash training. We have a walking trail / path that goes all the way around the 10 acre parcel as well! There is a picnic table, trash can, some dog toys, 2 outdoor water spickets with stainless steel bowls, and 2 Bernese Mountain Dogs that live on the property, who are lovable and available for play time if desired. The property also has 2 horses and a mini bull that are contained in an electric fence and barn. The property has tons of wild life that walk upon it including deer, raccoons, squirrels, birds, turkeys, ducks, and sandhill cranes. Please let us know in advance if you are coming, the time frame, and if you would not like our dogs to be out when you are here, so we can plan accordingly! Looking forward to sharing our space with you and your beautiful puppies!

There is an electric fence on the property that is active. Please stay clear of ot and do not leave children unattended at any time. Do not allow dogs on the deck or patios of the house, so that they do not upset the dogs that live here. Do not enter the farm animal pastures under any circumstances! If a toy goes in there and you need help, please ask the homeowners for assistance. Do not enter the house or barn under any circumstances!

There are no shelters or structures but you may bring your car through the gate and bring any additional items you would like. The only shade is in the evening from trees. To enter pull in at the dark blue house, take a left and drive through the lawn to the gate. You may park anywhere inside or outside of the fenced area, and leave the gate open when you leave.
