Description

I'm Victoria and I offer an open front yard with a fountain and gazebo, a wooded area with a trail, and a fenced in backyard with a large porch, and fire pit. Indoor bathroom access by request, water available. I will also offer photography, day-care, snacks, grooming and overnight stays upon request for additional charges. Please knock for indoor bathroom access. I will be offering an indoor playroom soon! Wifi will be available and the grounds are under surveillance at all times. There is a designated smoking area, trash cans, dog waste disposal locations, and several fire pit locations. Access to water and first-aid will always be available!

HOST NOTE

There is a discarded woodpile around the back of the commercial building but nothing around the house, direct path from the parking lot, or the designated dog park areas. Please follow the signs and do not enter the prohibited areas. This section is out of the way and very easy to avoid! There are several marked spots with uneven ground.

You may have the option of sitting by a fire and roasting s'mores while sipping on hot chocolate. Everything will be setup and available just before arrival.

Camping30 credits

Camping with small groups of less than eight can easily be accommodated by one of many cleared out areas throughout the property. It is $30 for one night and $20 per night after up to four nights. $75 for an entire week. I also have More than enough space to host larger groups either in one location or spread out. I have spaces fenced in out in the open and within the wooded area as well. All designated areas for camping will be a short walking distance from the parking areas.

I offer daycare services from 6am-9pm which includes supervision, dog walks, and entertainment.

Additional rules

Dog waste and trash must be properly discarded! Bathroom access is available inside the indoor play area. No loud music, smoking must be in the designated area, and no alcohol on the property. All children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Animals may not be left unattended without signing in and confirming with me (if You must leave the property without your pet). Dogs may only be allowed to roam freely in the fenced area. If you choose not to use a leash elsewhere you must do so at your own risk. No parking in the grass or street without permission. All guests must be off the property by midnight! First aid supplies are available near the entrance of the large back porch. You will have free reign and access to the entire front yard, porches, wooded area, and fenced in backyard. Various signs are posted throughout the property. If the indoor play area is locked feel free to contact me for access.

We hope you and your pup(s) will love it as much as we and our pups do. *Please note when you make a reservation it will be booked on central time zone. *Rules are simple which is to leave the land the way you find it. 🐶💕 *Do not carve on trees please, especially the big tree at the back boundary with Indian carvings on it. 🐶💕 *Do not leave bags of waste along the driveway. Dogs get to be dogs in nature here so bagging isn’t necessary. If you bag their waste, please take to the provided garbage can. 🐶💕 *an upside down horse trough is provided for an extra seat and or table next to the fire pit which has wood stacked and ready for use. *The water can rise during floods coming into the back boundary field so accommodations have been adding a metal table and 4 metal chairs that shouldn’t wash away like the first one did 🙂 *please always check back for updates as the property continues to improve for pups and their parents 🐶💕 * ALWAYS close the gate behind you unless your told otherwise please 🐶💕

Very convenient to Highway 153 at the Bonny Oaks exit. It's a quiet neighborhood, with lots of mature trees for shade. Please park to the right hand side of the house which is where the gate is located by the motorhome. There are fenced dogs across the street, but none to the left, to the right, nor behind my house. My cat has freedom to roam via her pet door, so you might see Fluffy around. She will let you pick her up and enclose her into the back porch, if you want to. Just latch the screen door (if you don't want her to potentially interact with your dog) then open it back up again before you drive away. The hill is great for exercise! You're welcome to have a seat at the table, or start up a fire in the solo stove. An outdoor shower isn't ready for human use, but fine to bathe your dog in! Enjoy!

Welcome to the mountain! The drive up is beautiful, there’s a little general store on the corner to grab some snacks and beverages before you get to the house. Ample parking available. The entire back is fenced, over 5 acres fully fenced with pond and pool (1/1/2025 OUR POOL IS DOWN FOR RENOVATIONS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE 😭) (dogs allowed to swim in the pond and as soon as the pool is back up, duh!). Hose, kiddie pool both available. We do have 3 very dog savvy horses but they can be put up if your dogs aren’t horse friendly! Our dogs will stay inside to allow yours to roam- they are all kept on monthly prevention for flea/tick and deworming and we expect that of you as well! Fear not, most of the time a 15+ ER vet tech would be on site and we have a pretty well stocked emergency kit! We run a dog and cat rescue so these funds will help rescue animals immensely!
