We have a large, beautiful yard that is fully fenced. The fence is tall. The grass is recovering from winter right now so it’s not fully green. Different flowers bloom at different times. See photos for tiny cracks in the fence that my 15 pound dachshund mix cannot get out of…But maybe a really tiny dog can go under or get out of. It’s fully closed off, but the pictures show the minimal gaping happening at 2 places. The yard is beautiful with different types of flowers and trees. We have nesting blue birds into the bird house. We have a baby pool for dogs to play in. There’s a trellis covered patio with a hanging swing chair and outdoor couch. We have a two year old so there are kid toys and sidewalk chalk randomly around the patio. Feel free to use! I have a baby pool set up that I don’t mind you letting your dog use for a small fee add on of $2. There are flowers and plants that bloom at different times of the year. There are lots of birds flying around (except during winter) and a beautiful, big sky. Sunsets are really nice in our backyard. Enjoy the seating area. Park on the street in front of our house. When facing the house, the fence door on the left side is the easiest to enter, in my opinion. Do not use the trampoline. It’s dangerous. Do not use the grill, space heater, or fire pit at this time. It’s not something I want to navigate with guests right now. Thank you! There’s an outlet behind the blue couch. (Lastly, if your dog needs a dog friend, let me know and I can try to arrange for my dachshund/beagle mix to be there and to join in. He likes to be chased. I know most people won’t want another dog with their dog, but if it’s something that would make you and your dog happy, I could bring him out. He’s up to date on everything at the vet. He can be timid at first. If your dog is lonely for a friend, we can try to arrange something.) Message me if you want the wifi info.

Behind the shed there is area that is difficult to monitor with tall flowers and bushes. There’s broken furniture behind there. We’ve seen a small garden snake before back there. The yard has a slight hill.

Please clean up your dogs poop and place in a plastic bag that you bring. There’s a trash bin in our driveway - brown is trash. :) I’ll leave a little white trash bin on the back porch too. I will eventually add more items like toys and bags for dog poop, but I don’t have it right now. We have a small dachshund beagle mix named Zeus. He will be kept inside while you’re here, for safety. :) I know some dogs don’t do well with other dogs and that’s perfectly fine and understandable. We have an indoor cat who is kept inside. Do not use the trampoline. It’s dangerous. Do not use the fire pit, grill, or space heater please. :) Just clean up after yourself. We are relaxed, kind people.

Named after my sweet heeler Honey Pie, the Honey Spot is a sweet fully fenced quarter acre yard with some big trees in a convenient location (Guilford Hill neighborhood). The back is lined with 6 ft wooden fencing, and the rest with 4 ft chain link fencing. There is plenty of room for your pup to run around and play safely! There are no weak spots in any of the fencing. Parking is on the street, just walk up the driveway (being careful not to walk up my neighbor’s driveway which is closer to the street corner). You’ll see the gate at the end of the driveway. Poop bags, water, had sanitizer and tennis balls are provided.
