60 acres of fields, trails, ponds, and forests. Trails are more like hiking in the woods and not suited for bikes or any other equipment. Large pond where your dogs would love to swim for hours. Sorry for safety reasons the Paddle boats are not for public use. Enjoy. Rubber boots strongly recommended. This is a large property, eat well before arrival.

I have 2 large rescue dogs and know how important it can be to find a safe space for them to run and play in that's off leash. Lots of room for zoomies, toys and the agility structure is a hit with all the dogs. Reinforced lattice and bottoms of the fence so it's great for tiny dogs too! 100% private so there will be no other dogs in the backyard at the time of your visit so perfect for reactive dogs to safely enjoy some zoomies and off-leash play! Reservations are always 100% Private; just you and your pup! You may hear my neighbours or neighborhood dogs, but once you're in the backyard, you won't see anyone :)

Please stay off of upper patio and trampoline and out of sheds, however, bring a basketball to shoot some hoops! There is street parking readily available on both sides of the street. Please don’t allow dogs to bark excessively but do make sure they have fun! Hose available for water, and kiddie pool if you like!

Come and explore a beautiful vista with your dogs! You’ll have a set of private trails to yourself, with two large open fields perfect for training or games of tag! Surrounded by a meadow and a mixed deciduous and evergreen forest, both you and your dog will feel completely at peace! Your dog can even go for a quick splash & drink in the stream or ponds! Only (2) adults are allowed with the dogs for a Sniffspot booking. Up to (2) children, under 18, may accompany them. When the hay is high and close to being cut, the outer headlands of the fields will be cut down to make walking easier. Just outside of the city, private space to let your pup run, train and just enjoy being outside.
