Welcome to your pup’s private paradise—right in the heart of downtown Kitchener! This extra-large, fully fenced backyard is designed with both dogs and their humans in mind. As a proud rescue dog mom to two big pups, I know how hard it can be to find a safe, off-leash space where dogs can truly let loose. That’s why I created this Sniffspot. 🌿 There’s plenty of room for zoomies, fetch, and sniffari adventures. The agility structure is a fan favorite, and the reinforced lattice along the fence keeps even the tiniest explorers safe. Best of all, your reservation is always 100% private—no other dogs, no awkward encounters. It’s just you and your pup, free to play, train, or chill. 🎾 You’ll find toys galore, a doggy sprinkler and wading pool for hot days, and a massive deck with comfy seating and a table for humans to kick back while the pups get their wiggles out. You might hear the occasional bark from the neighborhood, but once you're inside, it’s your own little oasis. 💛 Every booking supports a bigger mission: I donate all proceeds to dog rescues and animal charities I work with and believe in. Please pick up dog poo in bags provided and put in trash bin by the entrance labeled 'dog poo'. Please put toys back in the red bin when you leave. If it's going to rain, please try to cover anything that you've uncovered (ie. Play structure, pool, sandbox). I try to make sure the pool is filled on hot days, but sometimes it might not be if I need to clean or repair it. Please let me know when you book if this is something your dog loves and I'll do my best to make sure it's ready for them :)

Hi, I’m Courtney—and the real boss around here is Bruce Wayne 🦇🐾. He’s a 6.5-year-old French bulldog mix from Mexico who strutted into my life three years ago and never left. These days, he’s not just my sidekick—he’s a certified therapy dog with St. John’s Ambulance, spreading snuggles and smiles wherever he goes. Together, we’ve fostered over 16 dogs ranging from 5 lb Chi mixes to full-sized Huskies and Dobermans. Our home is basically a rotating cast of tail wags and couch hogs—and we wouldn’t have it any other way. I’m a proud volunteer and advocate for several dog rescues, and every single dollar from our Sniffspot goes straight back to them. Our favorite? @savingsouthpaws—a rescue that’s all about education, spay/neuter clinics, and finding forever homes for animals who deserve a second chance. We have a fire pit with seating in one of the grass acres. There are no longer Alpacas and goats here as they’ve moved to the farm down the road. But you will come across Canadian Geese and Wild Turkeys, and sometimes Deer. As you drive by the red barn to the parking area you will sometimes see our dog friendly dog Butch in his gated area most likely sleeping! 😄 Once you reach your parking it is private and you are alone.

However, the fencing is a mix of 50% horse board-style fencing with 50% cattle panel type fencing along the roads at the front and along both sides of the property. Horse farms are on either side of the property and the horses to the south will come up to the fence and are very curious. The back of the property is open forest with board fencing as well. Lots of room for you and your dog(s) to run and play. Approximately 20 acres of open fields. No muddy areas and fields are well drained and dry. As an added bonus… The property goes all the way back to the tree line and the hill… They didn’t have an amenity for a toboggan hill, but if you’re bringing kids or feel like a kid, that’s available of course. 😇😇
