IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD We have MARKED TRAILS on our family farm for owners and dogs to enjoy. Just follow the blue markers. There are forest trails and trails around our hay fields. **Please note **Our residential areas are off limits, please stick to the trails and blue markers. Please do not enter any of the buildings on our property. When you come up the driveway veer to the right, there is a marked parking spot for you and your pup. Fall, winter and early spring are great months for ball chasers as we have big open fields. Mid spring and summer we have hay growing and ask you and your pups to follow the trails around the hay fields. There are a couple of cows on the neighboring property, this is only for a very small portion on one of the fields.

***Important: All charges are in USD*** Beautiful 25 acre farm of open hay fields surrounded by fencing on all sides. However, the fencing is a mix of 50% horse board-style fencing with 50% cattle panel type fencing along the roads at the front and along both sides of the property. Horse farms are on either side of the property and the horses to the south will come up to the fence and are very curious. The back of the property is open forest with board fencing as well. Lots of room for you and your dog(s) to run and play. Approximately 20 acres of open fields. No muddy areas and fields are well drained and dry. As an added bonus… The property goes all the way back to the tree line and the hill… They didn’t have an amenity for a toboggan hill, but if you’re bringing kids or feel like a kid, that’s available of course. 😇😇

Wildlife such as deer, raccoons, wild turkey, grouse, large variety of birds, frogs, toads, snakes, fish, ducks, geese, can often be spotted. Theres a marsh in the back of property to swim in, run on the long grass and explore. Large clean spring fed swimming pond with different depths for the brave and not so brave. Separate guest parking area with access to various amenities. Your host is a friendly, animal loving person that will work to give you the best experience possible. When the hay is high and close to being cut, the outer headlands of the fields will be cut down to make walking easier. Just outside of the city, private space to let your pup run, train and just enjoy being outside.
