🐾 WELCOME TO OUR SNIFFSPOT! 🐾 Please help us keep the yard safe, clean, and enjoyable for every dog and their human. 1. 🐕 DOGS MUST BE SUPERVISED Dogs must remain with their owner/handler at all times. Please do not leave dogs unattended. 2. 🦮 LEASH UPON ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE Dogs must remain leashed when entering and leaving the property. Once inside the designated Sniffspot area, dogs may be off-leash if the owner is comfortable doing so. 3. 💩 PICK UP AFTER YOUR DOG Please pick up all dog waste immediately and place it in the designated trash receptacle. 4. 🚪 GATES & FENCES Please make sure all gates are securely closed before allowing your dog off-leash. Do not leave gates open. 5. 🐶 DOG BEHAVIOR Aggressive or dangerous behavior toward people or other animals is not permitted. If your dog becomes overly reactive, aggressive, or difficult to control, please end the visit. 6. 👧 CHILDREN Children are welcome but must be supervised by an adult at all times. Please do not allow children to climb fences, gates, landscaping, or other property features. 7. 🧹 PLEASE LEAVE IT AS YOU FOUND IT Please leave the yard clean and free of trash, toys, food, or personal belongings. 8. 🚫 NO SMOKING No smoking, vaping, or illegal substances are permitted on the property. 9. 🍖 FOOD & TREATS Please do not leave food, treats, or chews behind. Some dogs may have food allergies or resource-guarding behaviors. 10. 🪑 PROPERTY Please treat our yard, furniture, fencing, landscaping, and equipment with care. Guests may be responsible for damage caused by themselves or their dogs. 11. 🔊 RESPECT THE NEIGHBORS Please keep barking and excessive noise under control and be respectful of neighboring properties. 12. ⏰ STAY WITHIN YOUR RESERVED TIME Please arrive no earlier than your reservation start time and leave promptly when your reservation ends so the next guest can enjoy the space. 13. 🚨 SAFETY FIRST If you notice a damaged fence, gate, dangerous object, or other safety concern, please notify us immediately. 14. 🩺 HEALTH Please do not bring dogs that are visibly sick or contagious. Dogs should be appropriately vaccinated and protected against common contagious illnesses. 15. 📸 CAMERAS & PRIVACY Security cameras may be present on the property for safety and security.
