Our yard is set up in a rural area of Rock Mountain Lakes Exit 104. I have a fully fenced 4 feet high fence and another smaller area that has a 6-foot fenced-in area. If you have two dogs needing different areas this will separate them. I have a hose pipe in the backyard and driveway. 2 shade trees. I have two dogs that will be in the house. Drive and park in the driveway and you will see the gate leading into the yard. I will leave you alone.

Enjoy a fully fenced (except shoreline), .63 of an Acre, level lot. Beautiful Lay Lake views from the spacious covered deck, open deck or pier while your dog has the time of his/her life. Numerous exploring areas. Two separate fenced in areas. Plenty of shade. Fetch the ball off the pier into the lake and when returning, use the boat launch. Or fetch and do zoomies on the lake side or in the separate fully fenced area on the street side of the house. There are neighbors on each side. Neighbor has a German Shepard that will bark at you from it's pier.

We live on 20 acres and once we close our driveway gate, it is 98% fenced. You would have access to the 10 acres of pasture we have that is technically fully fenced but has a couple of spots a super sneaky dog could slip through, so you need to stay nearby or keep an eye on them when they are off-leash. 90% of that area has chicken wire on the fence so they can't get out easily. The only portion that doesn't have chicken wire is up at the top where you enter. And a couple spots on corners where a dog super eager to get out probably could. Our dogs will be in our house during your scheduled time so there will not be other dogs. The neighbors have horses but they are on the other side of the fence- so just keep an eye that your dog doesn't someone wiggle through. We recommend staying on the mowed "paths". Our dogs run through the tall grass and try to hunt field mice and squirrels. We have seen snakes but thankfully have never had a dog bitten in the two years we have lived here. Give us a call if you see a venomous snake as we'd like to get rid of them. This spot is available between 9am-11:30am and 2pm-6:30. If you would like to request a time outside of those windows, let me know and we will see if it's possible. You start at the top of a hill and walk down so this would not be a good spot for someone with limited mobility.
