I have a fully fenced in yard next to Penderbrook Golf Course. This is the perfect yard to play frisbee or catch. Dogs love sunning themselves on the lower deck for a rest. I can put out the doggy pool on hot summer days if requested.

Lots of space with trees for digging, sticks for chewing, and hammocks for swinging for your pup and you to enjoy. I look forward to having you.

Easy gate entrance. Plenty of parking. Please pick up after your pet and all can enjoy.

Welcome! Our house sits on 2.25 acres ina private residential neighborhood, with a wide-open, fully fenced 1/2 an acre for your dog to let loose in. Easily accessible with a latched gate and sloped driveway. We’re surrounded by woods and the sounds of nature.

Wide open with a large tree to provide shade. Chain link fence around yard with large privacy gate at front. Drive way space for parking. Spicket available for water. I have a couple small dogs that will be kept inside and out of site. There's all kinds of wildlife that hangs around there to give them plenty to smell and investigate. I leave the front gate ajar for reservations. No need to worry about closing it when you leave. Please do not bring more dogs than you book for.

Nestled in the middle of a 200acre farm this peaceful setting is dog heaven. Brand new 6 foot high mesh fencing with 6 foot high double mesh gates keep all dogs safe and secure. There is a shelter with windows that open to allow a breeze on a hot day. Chairs and other amenities make this location comfortable year round. Just a few miles from I270 and convenient to Clarksburg, Rockville, Germantown, Gaithersburg and surrounding areas.

Bookings from October 18-22 are by request ONLY. We are setting up for a private event and need additional time to confirm privacy for Sniffspot guests. Please message us first if you'd like to book those times. --- Our spot is 10 acres of open flat land with a large farm pond. It's perfect for dogs that love to swim, play long distance fetch, or just run in open space. We provide a large selection of toys, 30ft floating leash, extra poop bags, and a dedicated waste bin. There is also a dog wash station, towels, and a force dryer, so you won't have to take home a wet, dirty dog. --- NOTES: (May 2023) Our neighbors are replacing their fence in the near future. In anticipation, the electric fence has been taken down until the new fence is up.

A great backyard will a little over .25 acres. Dogs love that there is enough room for fetch, zoomies, and sniffing all the different spots throughout. It is completely fenced in and has a patio for you to sit on while your doggo explores. Please bring your own water for your pups as we do not provide water. You are welcome to move around chairs to sit or block the stairs, but please be sure to put things back as they were. Summer note: Please bring bug spray and feel free to use the fan on the patio to help with the bugs and heat. Be sure to turn it off when finished.
