Description

Hello! My husband and I lost our dogs within months of each other a couple of years ago now. So now we have this nice big yard, but no puppies to fill it with.. For now :) Seems a shame to waste a nice yard. We will however have the occasion doggie guest as we start a dog sitting side business. One of our dogs was leash aggressive and our other would get anxious at dog parks. We totally understand what it means to have a yard for your dog who may struggle a bit with other parks. Our yard is fully fenced in with two gates to get in. The neighborhood is quiet with a couple neighbors who have dogs but they keep to themselves and we never had problems. We do have kids next to us but they know to stay away from the fence and to not go in unattended. Our dogs were smaller, so we are not sure if a bigger dog would be able to jump the fence. We do have lots of rabbits - just to let you know. Our dogs never caught them though :) We also have a patio area that you are welcome to use as well as the umbrella.

As of right now, there is a possible way for the dogs to get under the patio behind the planter boxes. The land behind/next to the shed is elevated leaving the fence a little "lower". (3 1/2 feet in height).

Please pick up after yourself. If your dog happens to get a little too rowdy in our rock landscaping we ask that you help throwing them back. 😀 Lastly, make sure the gate is closed behind you.

I am a teacher and my husband is an industrial x-ray technician. We have had dogs and other pets in our lives since childhood.

We are about a quarter mile off the main road and our 10 acres go deeper into the woods. We have about 5 acres of wooded areas and 5 acres of open trails. It is a beautiful and private property. The property is 100% fenced- the fencing is 3 feet high- there is a gate in the driveway, once closed it is completely fenced in.
