Description

We are about a quarter mile off the main road and our 10 acres go deeper into the woods. We have about 5 acres of wooded areas and 5 acres of open trails. It is a beautiful and private property. The property is 100% fenced- the fencing is 3 feet high- there is a gate in the driveway, once closed it is completely fenced in. We have water available for dogs- due to the cold weather, please message me if you want water available during your visit and I will put it out ahead of time if I am home.

HOST NOTE

There is one house to the east of the property. Our fence runs along their property line- the fence is 5ft along their property line. They do have chickens, a dog and outdoor cats. There are times throughout the year that neighboring properties have people hunting/shooting on their land. During that time gunfire and sometimes be heard. There are no safety concerns. We are already seeing tics this season. Wear bug spray (there is some in the back) and make sure your pups are on preventatives.

Ultimate Sniffing Experience in Roseville!

Winter Update 2025/2026 - still open for sniffs! We’ve taken down the hammock and the sunshade on the gazebo, and put the pool away… but still open for sniffing fun! Be careful of any ice that may be around - the “grippy stuff” I put down is cat litter for traction… totally dog safe! Nearly 1/3 of an acre in Roseville available for your dog to sniff until their heart’s content! Open mowed grassy area wide enough for zoomies and long enough for fetch, as well as natural/unmanicured shaded areas for “jungle sniffari’s”.
