Description

We are about a quarter mile off the main road and our 10 acres go deeper into the woods. We have about 5 acres of wooded areas and 5 acres of open trails. It is a beautiful and private property. The property is 100% fenced- the fencing is 3 feet high- there is a gate in the driveway, once closed it is completely fenced in. We have water available for dogs- due to the cold weather, please message me if you want water available during your visit and I will put it out ahead of time if I am home.

HOST NOTE

There is one house to the east of the property. Our fence runs along their property line- the fence is 5ft along their property line. They do have chickens, a dog and outdoor cats. There are times throughout the year that neighboring properties have people hunting/shooting on their land. During that time gunfire and sometimes be heard. There are no safety concerns.
