No smoking or vaping on the property. This keeps the space clean and safe for pets. 7. Do not allow dogs to dig excessively. Light sniffing and pawing is fine — large holes must be filled before leaving. 8. Children must be supervised. This is a dog‑focused space; safety comes first. 9. Respect the property and neighbors. No loud music, littering, or disruptive behavior. 10. Report any damage or concerns immediately. Transparency helps keep the space safe and enjoyable for everyone.

Hello fellow pet parents! We have a total of three lush green acres available for your beloved pet friends to explore. The space is fully-fenced. Our fence is a 3.5 foot high cattle fence with wire mesh. The entrance to our spot is a large metal swing gate. The spot has cut short-grass. There are lots of deer among other animals in the area so your dog can have their own sniffing adventure! No need to worry if your dog is reactive because these animals usually keep their distance. We have digging areas and poop bags. We also have some wood planks that could possibly be used for agility jumps (See pictures). You can enjoy a chill hangout at the picnic table, or relax on the lawn chairs while watching your pup. Hand sanitizer, sunscreen, and a trash can will be provided as well. At this time we are not able to offer water or doggy bowls. The area is quite tranquil; you can enjoy birds chirping or even meditate. Portable lawn chairs are also accessible. It’s a perfect place to take some time off from daily life struggles and relax; both for you and your furry friend! Shady spots are available during any time of the day if you don’t like to be under the sun. We would love to see your furry friends enjoying our yard. Please feel free to share their pictures at the spot! If you have any questions please do not hesitate to reach out! Heads up: Our lawn service comes every other Wednesday.
