IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD Welcome animal lovers! If your dog needs a good run, bring them over to our property! We love animals and are happy to host our yard when we can. This is my first time having a home with my partner and we are waiting a few years to get a dog ourselves, we hope the dogs are friendly for pets if we are home during a visit! One neighbour total next door, has a dog we hear occasionally bark but never see. Roughly 4ft tall wire fence between properties and back field. No fence on front yard to road, and right side of house to road. Basketball post on one side of yard and multiple trees that can be used for tie out cables, a flag pole on the other front side yard can also be used for a tie out cable. If dog has good recall, we are fine with off leash as well (no dogs in neighbours yard or backyard farmers field). We have 3 indoor cats, they may be occasionally seen in the windows of our house. (No aggressive behaviour towards windows) PLEASE PICK UP AFTER YOUR PETS❤️

Attention: trails can be extremely icy this time of year & the river is not safe to cross during high waters especially in the spring. Welcome to Beaverton's Dog Trails! Please access the trails from Concession 6. Punch these coordinates into Google Maps: 44.4415942, -79.1065234. There is a SniffSpot Sign at the entrance. You may park in the private driveway. Rubber boots are recommended! At times the river will be high, and you may only have access to the first half of the trails. Cross the river at your own discretion. In the spring it will flood and you will not be able to cross. There are still plenty of trails to discover! Please pick up after your dog, there is a waste bin at the entrance. Please help yourself to a laminated map at the entrance and return after your walk. The map is posted throughout the trails with "you are here" symbols to help you navigate the trails. There is also bug spray in the cabinet at the trail entrance. If trails are blocked off with caution tape, they are temporarily closed. Enjoy your visit!
