Our yard is the perfect place for dogs to explore, burn off energy, and enjoy some off-leash fun—all while you relax in peace. What to Expect: Exclusive Use: Your dog(s) will have the entire yard to themselves! Please be mindful of your booking time to ensure a smooth transition for all visitors, especially if the dog before you prefers solitude. Amenities: There's a Sniffspot bin to the right after coming in the gate. Help yourself to whatever is there. Balls, water, hand sanitizer, etc. Need cushions for the deck chairs? Feel free to grab them from the container by the grill on the deck. How to Access: Park in the driveway near the fence. Open the gate (using the silver latch) and step into your private dog haven! Dispose of waste in the black trash bin near the Sniffspot toy box. Special Accommodations: If you or your dog have specific needs, let us know so we can ensure your visit is as enjoyable as possible.

We love dogs! We have had three golden retrievers in the recent past, all rescues. We raised one golden as a puppy back in 2000, our first baby. Our yard is prime for dogs. New fence put in last year, loads of space, small wooded area to explore, hose for fresh water, access from the driveway. We are waiting for the right opportunity to have another dog. In the meantime, this is a nice way to share our yard with you and your canine who you love so much. Please let us know how we can make your experience more positive. Feel free to park in the driveway close to the fence. You can open the fence and start your playtime. Please be sure to pick up any dropping to keep the yard clean for other guests.

I will provide a bowl of fresh water whenever I am able to do so, but it might be a good idea to bring some fresh drinking water for your pets if you think you’ll need it. Sorry for the inconvenience! Welcome to our 1 acre fully fenced private dog park! Some quick tips, make sure to look for our brick driveway as some GPS systems will navigate to our neighbors house. The gates are cattle style gates, to enter the backyard lift straight up on the back metal lever and push forward. Our fencing is mostly split rail fencing with some privacy fencing as well. There is wire around the entire perimeter to ensure safety. If you have extra small or toy size dogs I would recommend caution, but the fence is secure. We occasionally hear some dogs barking in our neighborhood, and my dogs on occasion but rarely may bark as well. I would also note that there are a few indoor/outdoor cats in our neighborhood that can be seen from time to time. A couple of further notes to be aware of. First off, this is not a small yard that is perfectly kept with 100% grass coverage. It is a very large field with some large trees especially in the back. Because of that, if we get heavy rain it will likely be a bit soggy, and there might be some spots of mud. This is mostly noticeable in the cooler months, but even in the summer if we get enough rain it is possible. If you have any issues with your dogs running and playing in a large field/wooded environment after heavy rainfall please be aware and schedule accordingly! Another note is there is a train that runs along the back of the house beyond the fence up on the hill. The dogs never seem to mind it though, we actually like it! Other than that, it is a very quiet neighborhood. I hope you enjoy!
