Description

IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD Finnobi Forest is a fully fenced, private dog park located just outside Arnprior, a short drive from Kanata/Stittsville or 45 minutes from downtown Ottawa. We have created a small trail and cleared an area atop the higher point of the forest which provides varied levels of terrain for your dog to explore. There are plenty of trees, bushes and fallen logs that offer a multitude of sniff spots! The forest is a place to relax and simply let your dog be a dog, without you worrying about encountering dogs unknown to you. Your dog can explore, but you know they are safely fenced in the area.

Hazards

HOST NOTE

We recommend wearing sturdy footwear! The ground is not level and has mixed terrain and may be slippery due to various weather conditions such as rain, snow and ice. At any time the forest may have naturally occurring hazards including but not limited to rocks, tree branches, weeds, fungus, berries, acorns, corn cobs, vines, etc. that have the potential to be harmful to people and/or dogs. Bug spray recommended in the warmer months and ice cleats on your boots are a good idea in the winter. We provide some if you don't have any!

Additional rules

Dogs remain the responsibility of the person accompanying them to the forest. Do not leave any garbage in the forest. Do not bring in any toys. Prevent your dog from injuring or killing any wildlife that may be present in the forest. Prevent your dog from digging holes. Use of cannabis, tobacco or alcohol is not permitted.

We take pride in maintaining a clean and well-managed park, so please remember to clean up after your pet and follow our park rules.
