55This place was amazing! So much open space for our pup to run around! There were a few other barky dogs we could hear, but not see, but our pup who's normally reactive did pretty well with them since we had so much space
55Really excellent spot! The amenities are top notch and even included a half filled plastic pool. Despite the chilly temps, my pup was SO happy she could lie down in the water after running hard! Thank you for this great spot here in Lake County!

55I was passing through Clearlake and decided to find somewhere fun for my dog Brutus to run around. This property is huge with a trail that goes all around. Easy to get in and it’s all fenced in. There was a deer that hopped over at one point and he just sat and watched, he had never seen one before. I’m sure that was exciting for him. We loved having so much space to run around freely!
55Beautifully set up 3.7 acre property. There’s several chairs and tables set up, toys, dog bowls, pup pools, and dog beds. Lots of time and thought went into making this private dog park! There is one hole in the fence the owner warned us about, on the north side of the fence for wildlife. Besides that everything else is secure :) would come back

Description

I have 3.66 acres completely fenced, with multiple different areas that have table/chairs and off the ground dog beds. It is 1/3 mile to walk around the perimeter with animal trails around most of the borders. There are two water faucets in the entry way with a hose and two children’s swimming pools, dog toys and treats, and a dog waste station. Lots of photo ops with garden art, birdbaths and yard flags. Amazing views of the mountains, Clear Lake and Mt. Konocti around the property, especially on the hill. The pond in the property north of mine has an Osprey nest and you can see them flying over to the lake to fish. Lots of birds and wildlife visit the property. My lower area did have a seasonal pond last winter. The property is truly a peaceful sanctuary for dogs, and their owners.

Hazards

Lots of blackberry bushes. I’m working on taming them. On the side of the hill near the entry way there are ground squirrels and their holes in the ground. Wildlife does come on the property, but they are savvy about avoiding people and dogs and typically most of them spend their days at the neighbor's pond. NO SMOKING on the property due to fire danger! (Thanks!)

I've purchased a roll of orange construction fencing that I will put across the hole in the fence before future guest visits, so the property will be 100% secured in the future. I issued you a full refund but would love to have Boots try again sometime!

I'm retired. I purchased 3.66 acres in Dec. 2021 in North Lakeport, CA. I recently put a small manufactured home on the property and am currently awaiting installation of a 100% off grid solar system. Eventual plans for the property will be a walking trail around the property, chicken coop, organic orchard, organic vegetable garden and lots of flowers! Gardening is my favorite hobby! I love all animals, but especially dogs, and would love to share my property with other dogs to enjoy life safely and off leash!
