Description

Five acres of open grassy area of an 11 acre hobbyfarm. Mostly mowed to lawn but about an acre is taller for hay that can be explored. Property has beautiful frontage on Fishing Creek for a swim and plenty of trees to explore. (Hight of hay and creek level vary by season and weather) For humans, there is a pavilion with chairs, table and grill and a fire pit with wood to enjoy also. I do my best to provide a clean, prepared space for you and your dogs. Toys, clean tables, bottled water and additional water for washing will be available. There is a hose at my house that you may use however, there is no access allowed into my home including to the restroom. There are facilities at the local store one mile away.

Picnic package includes everything you need to enjoy yourself with a full stomach. INCLUDED IN THIS PACKAGE: One package (8) fresh ground beef 80/20 hamburgers. Hamburgers buns. Deli pasta salad. Lay's original potato chips. 2 liter of coke. Condiment packets. Plates/cups/napkins/silverware. Cooler of ice. You are responsible for cooking hamburgers on grill. Grill utensils and campfire sticks provided. MAKE SURE YOU BOOKED ENOUGH TIME TO EAT AND PLAY!!

This was an awesome spot to let my girl run and get her zoomies out during a roadtrip! Their is a creek in the back she loved wading through and plenty of open space to run. She loved it so much we are going to try to stop on the way back through and use the covered area to relax and have our lunch. Definitely recommend stopping!

I'm Brian. I live at my family's 11 acre hobbyfarm and I am living my best life! While my Grandpa lived here he always said "It's the Lord's property, I just take care of it for now" and with that mentality, he shared it's beauty with anyone. This property is 5 acres of mostly open space about 1 acre is wooded that lines the property. We do have a barn where we keep chickens. We let our chickens free range, however they typically stay at the barn area. We are 5 minutes off of Routes 11/15 and 2 miles outside of the town of Liverpool. We offer a wrap-around upper porch where you can sit and swing while watching your doggos. We offer many amenities if you do not see one listed we can make accommodations. I work from home so I am available at all times. We have a 2-year-old toddler who loves all animals. We also have 2 huskies, and 1 outside cat. We also offer doggy daycare and overnight boarding if you need those services.
