Description

**closed until spring 2026 due to low water levels in lake** Located on lake Herrington, does have about 500 sq feet of land for the dog to use on the lower part as well as a fully fenced small yard but the highlight is the dock. Perfect for a relaxing day hanging out with your dog while it swims, bonus is that you can swim around too! No electric hook up near water so no need to worry! Great place for a dock diving dog as well! Recommended for dogs with great recall or to just keep a leash on! Please do not mess with the boat or jet skis we have tied up. *not responsible for any accidents or injuries*

I bought this house just for my dogs because the entire property had a chain link fence around it and gated, I have since lost two of my dogs to old age and still have two and decided I would share this wonderful space with others

A HUGE part of purchasing my house was buying something that included a dog friendly yard. My house sits on a corner lot so there's a very good chance that neighbors/dogs will walk by. However I have 6 ft. privacy fencing all around. I foster dogs so the "sniffs" my yard are ever changing. I have a splash pad and I’m happy to put it out upon request. Finally, due to the shortening days I’ve put some blocks on my calendar as I don’t have lights in my backyard. If you need a visit before 8:30 am or after 8 pm please send me a message and we’ll work it out. Just a note to park in my driveway on Longview Dr., in front of the gate. There’s a sign that says “Dogs Welcome, People Tolerated” to mark the gate.
