Description

Decent yard with a steep hill, which is good for a hilly workout with a ball or a toy. I also offer chairs for owners to sit and watch their pet stretch their legs around the yard. Yard is under camera surveillance for security and safety. I'm happy to discuss any questions that you may have about the yard usage! Just send a message!

1) Please pick up after your pet. 2) Ensure the gate is latched upon entry/exit. 3) You can leave dog poop bags in the plastic cabinet on the deck to be disposed of. 4) I'll provide a bowl of water if requested. 5) Keep pets off fences. 6) House will be locked and is not available for entry. 7) Please limit barking to a minimum. Be considerate! 8) By entering my property, you agree that I am not responsible for accidents or injuries and release me of any liability. 9) Yard is under camera surveillance 24/7. 10) HAVE FUN!

Got a pet that's itching for a yard? Apartment too strict on pets? C'mon over and let your pet stretch its legs and explore the yard while feeling safe and secure with security cameras around the area for safety reasons. My yard has a big steep hill that your pets will enjoy the view of the neighborhood and a great spot to run around. With advanced notice, I can leave a bowl of water for your pet to stay hydrated. You can leave poop bags in a cabinet for disposal. Hope you and your pet can enjoy some yard time without distractions!
