Let your zoomies out here! Open yard .75 acre worth of fresh green grass. Lots of places to roam, sniff and lounge. Shade and sun spots available. Pool is not part of yard space rental—only yard. Thank you in advance! Enter through the black pool gate, sign says Our Nook. See photos for a visual before arrival. Park in driveway, whenever you feel comfortable, plenty of room, wide driveway. For humans, relax by the pool under our metal awning covered area to enjoy the peaceful views and shade. Or sit at the bistro table by the back door and enjoy the warmth of the sun. Options are available, relaxing is a must! Have ball and treats available, with a basket of other essentials during your visit. Found on metal table, under metal awning. Directly outside of the fence is a table and some chairs. The table should stay in place, but chairs are welcome to be moved so long as they are put back. Parking is available in front of my house on the street. Warnings: - There is a grated drain at the bottom of the backyard! Use caution around that area. - In an effort to help pollinators, most of the grass is short, but some areas are grown up (typically in the back and/or along the perimeter) - Security system camera is present
