There is a small table and chair for you to use. Please clean up after yourself. If your dog is not used to being off leash, I recommend using a 24+ foot leash. They can roam and you could grab them if needed.

For dogs: Balls and 3 types of ball launchers, including electric, manual, and shotgun, are provided. Also provided are a water bowl, towels, poop station, toys, and an off ground dog bed. For humans: bottled water, a sunroom with electric fireplace, and an outdoor bonfire with seating for three are provided. We have 6 acres which is a mix of open area, woods and a creek. We keep the lawn cut but do not maintain our woods. You are free to cross the bridge and walk in the woods but it may be overgrown during summer and fall. Feel free to splash in the creek or check out the playhouse. We frequently see deer and other wildlife however they likely will be hiding when dogs are around. Please clean up after your pets. *please note we have a woodchuck living under our deck that likes to poop on our stairs. We try our best to clean it up but you may come across some woodchuck droppings. Our yard has been sprayed for mosquitoes, fleas and ticks.

I am delighted to have you and your dog(s) enjoy this fully fenced in 3/4 acre yard! There are long open areas where doggo can run full speed chasing a ball. There is a concrete wall on one side of the property, woods covering the back and most of the side, and a tall fence on the front side, which creates a very private space. Also included is poop bags, water, and a poop scooper. No pesticides are used on this property. There is also plenty of room for parking multiple vehicles in the driveways. FYI- Chain-link fence is not tied down to the ground between posts, so a smaller dog may be able to push through underneath the fence. If you do not clean up after your dog, you will be blocked, so please pay attention to your dog! I hope you enjoy your stay at the property!
