Additional Rules for Guests 1. All dogs must be up to date on vaccinations. If your dog is sick or has parasites, please reschedule your visit. 2. All dogs must remain under owner supervision at ALL times. 3. Please clean up after your dog and dispose of waste properly. 4. Aggressive or unsafe behavior must be addressed immediately, and the visit may need to end if safety becomes a concern. 5. Please respect arrival and departure times so each guest receives their full booking window. 6. No smoking, vaping, alcohol, or drugs on the property. 7. Children must be supervised at ALL times. 8. Please do not allow dogs to damage fences, gates, gardens, or property items. 9. No digging. 10. Close and lock the gate when entering and leaving. 11. Please keep barking to a reasonable level out of respect for neighbors. 12. Only registered guests and approved dogs may attend the booking. 13. Please leave the space as you found it. 14. No dogs in the garden at the end of the yard. 15. Water available—please bring your own bowl if preferred.
