Location

Lincoln, Arkansas

Description

Located outside of Lincoln city limits in Washington County, nestled between Hwy 62 and Hwy 59. Our 3 acre private lot is part of a 189 acre farm. The lot is partially fenced off, there is no fence that runs along the private access road. The rest of the lot is fenced off from the farm along with a cattle guard to keep you and your pet separated from the cattle. It is recommended that you keep an eye on your pet if the cattle are grazing near the lot during your visit. Near the shop building there is a water spigot with access to city water for you and your pet. Some parts of the lot are kept mowed while the rest of the lot may be somewhat grown up. Near the fence line by the pond, that section of the field will be wet/muddy if it has rained. It will stay a wet-land for a week or more if it has not been warm enough to dry up. We will allow access to the pond but we ask that you inquire first due to the cattle migration patterns, as we want to ensure your pets safety during your visit. Overall, this countryside lot is quiet and peaceful. For overnight camping requests please message for more info!

Hazards

Your pet is free to roam but keep in mind there are certain times of the day where the cattle may be close by, grazing. Although the cattle aren’t aggressive I would recommend you keep a close eye on your pet when they are nearby as the only thing that separates the lot from the cattle is a barbed wire fence. This spot has a water feature, make sure to review these guidelines for visiting spots with water before visiting: https://help.sniffspot.com/article/167-how-to-keep-your-dog-safe-around-pools-and-water

We live on 3 acres which makes up part of a 189 acre farm out in Washington County, near Hwy 59. We don’t get much use out of our little lot and want to share it with others. We love animals but do not own any of our own, so we are happy to host other pets and their owners without worry of other pets around.
