Joey's Private Dog Park In Lisle

Unfortunately due to issues with our neighbor, we will be limiting our open yard hours until a privacy fence is installed! Our 1/2 acre fully fenced dog-friendly yard is here to host your special furry friends. We live a short, straight-shot drive from Chicago and are butt-up against the beautiful Salt Creek (and all the wild life that also calls the creek "home" - bunnies, squirrels, groundhogs, birds, garden snakes (harmless, but present in May), etc.). The head of Salt Creek Trail is located just a block away on Thomas Street, so feel free to explore the creek/trail after your yard time. It leads all the way to Villa Park, where you can catch the Prairie Path / Great Western Trail. You'll pass by MORE Brewing Company as well as outdoor bar and food trucks Fuel and Creme (ice cream). Make a day of it! Please note that even though the yard IS fully fenced, it is comprised of a variety of sizes shapes ranging from 6 feet privacy, raw iron, to 4 foot chain-link, barn wood with chicken wire between the wood gaps. You know your dog's "flight risk" better than anyone, so please make smart decisions when booking our yard. Dispose of poop bags in the all-blue colored bin with blue color lid (green is recycle). Finally, note that we can only host 2 dogs at a time due to wear and tear on the yard. We will also have to close the yard after rain to avoid mud, which may result in a canceled (by us) reservation. Trust us, your car interior will thank us!

Fenced in backyard within walking distance of downtown Naperville. Lots of big old trees for shade. Along with plenty of seating. Feel free to shoot some hoops while your dog plays.

Paris's Palatial Playground is a larger fenced yard area (2500 Sq feet, .06 acre) adjacent to our condo building (& private property of our condo) located in the farthest part of the West Loop area of Chicago. It is short, soft grassy and with plenty of shading trees plus bright sunny spots as well. Agility equipment is a value-added extra I offer; however prior requested extra must be received in advance (due to nature of urban dwelling and theft, it cannot be left out continually). Please check the welcome box (upon entering) just inside the gate area which includes for you to use, at no additional charge: SS water bowl, bottled water (for your pup), dog waste bags, doggie treats, dog toys, hand sanitizer or cleaning wipes. A small step stool is available for an off-ground seat for you.

6/1 update-the yard currently has a TON of cottonwood fluff. Blocking off the next few days and hoping for rain otherwise, prepare for some summer “snow” activities. Huge yard right on the river. No access to the river (yard is fully fenced), but human views of the water, ducks, and wildflowers on the bank. Plenty to sniff for dogs. End of dead end with decent privacy. Chain link fence on most and iron fence at front. Not ideal for small dogs or escape artists that can squeeze under or through fence. See photos for details of fence and if your dog would try to squeeze through. Pesticide, herbicide, and fertilizer free lawn but various flowers, shrubs (and weeds) on the edges. There are 3 big dogs at the house across the alley, but also well fenced. They’re out on occasion, but usually not for long and I can’t guarantee their schedule. The view is mostly, but not completely blocked, so this may not be the place if your pup is super reactive. There are 2 chairs, feel free to move into sun or shade or lay out a blanket. There is stainless steel water bowl and (probably) some tennis balls. There is a hose on the side of the house, near the back stairs. Feel free to fill the bowl for water or pull the hose out (easiest if you put a foot on the hose reel then pull) for some spray fun.

BarkPark sits right across the street from The Salvation Army Freedom Center. This spot is fully fenced (chain link and wood) with the side facing the sidewalk being 5ft and the rest of the fence being 6ft. There is a dual-gate entrance to the spot for a safe entry and exit. Street parking is available. Plenty of seating at this spot with shade throughout the day. There's a rain barrel filled with water for dogs to hydrate and cool down. BYOB (bring your own bowl). GIANT sandbox that's great for digging and playing; no digging allowed elsewhere. Trash can available to throw out your poop bags (bring your own). Half of this spot is covered with grass and the other half with playground mulch. This spot is big enough to get a good fetch session in or to just let the zoomies out. We hope you and your four-legged friend/s have an exceptional time during your visit and choose to come back. Update: Due to the colder temperatures we won’t be adding dog drinking water until early Spring. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Hi! I’ve got a fenced in area with large pines where dogs can play and run. I have three dogs of my own so if they need playmates I’m more than happy to let them play! Tired dogs are good dogs! I also have another fenced in area that serves as a dog run that can be closed off and keep dogs separated or kids with a playset!

Approximately 1 acre fully fenced (5 ft) area on 3-acre property. This spot is for the area contained within the black chain link fence. Parking available on barn drive. Table, chairs, water, shade.

Big, fully fenced in backyard for pups to run and play. Table/bench to hold your belongings. 2 seat swing, with shade to relax. Small pool for pups to enjoy on hot days. A few balls/toys scattered around to play with as well. We also currently have a pop-up gazebo set up for you to hang out in. (During the Spring/Summer months)

Payton’s playground is a spot where you can spend personal time with your dog by yourself without having to worry about others intruding in on your play session. We have agility equipment, pools, ramps, weaving poles, water bowls and more available at your disposal. It’s a great environment to be in & is directly adjacent to one of the best doggy daycares in Chicago, PupStars Pet Care.
