Description

Right inside the city limits. Large yard with the best location in town to find a home where you can enjoy the perfect location for your guests to visit and enjoy the outdoors with their owners. Or without. I am willing to dogset or keep overnight if dog friendly. I have a couple rescues. They are indoor with their own room during your visits unless you're looking for a place to have a play date. I have a garden area and grill and fire pit. A front and back covered porch area with table and chairs on both. Areas is perfect for relaxing. The house itself is cozy and welcoming, with plenty of space for you and your furry friends to feel right at home. Whether you're looking for a weekend getaway or a longer stay, this is the perfect spot for you and your pets to enjoy all that the city has to offer. Fenced in back yard in Baxter! We have a hose and spigot, as well as bowls for pups to drink. We also have a toy basket with dogs. Our dog Wrigley will not have access to the spot while you are here, but you may be able to hear her from inside the house. We will have dog waste bags with the toys and bowls. Feel free to throw waste in the trashcan by the garage or leave it and we will get it. We have a large patio set with enough seats for 8 people, a fire pit, and plenty of space for humans to relax while their pup sniffs.

Come visit our beautiful spot out in the historical Cumberland Homesteads! Set on 20 acres with a 1935 original homestead house, your fur babies will be able to run and play to their heart's content! This spot is very wide open and peaceful with beautiful scenery. During the summer months, feel free to pick blackberries that grow all along the backside of the field, either to take or enjoy during your stay; Great treat for your fur babies also ;) ! During the fall you will have an amazing view of the entire woodline trees changing colors, and in winter months enjoy the beautiful mountain view that is more visible as the trees start to lose their leaves! You can walk the entire field, explore, and enjoy the peace with your babies! The woods are part of the property, so if you'd like to explore and hike the woods, feel free! There is a small creek that runs through the woods that flows really well after a good rain. You may also see a few deer in the morning or evening! Feel free to set up your lawn chairs and just relax while your babies run wild!
