IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD Fenced yard with lots of privacy backs onto Gibbons Park. Muskoka chair seating available at firepit. Lots of rabbits and squirrels may be seen in yard. Please do not use patio attached to house.

Please do not use patio attached to the house. We have chihuahuas inside that will bark if they see other dogs on ‘their’ patio. Please do your best to keep dogs out of the manicured gardens with mulch once the better weather is here. Enter yard through driveway. There is a gate to the backyard from the driveway. Prefer if guests use seating at firepit. Firepit not to be used for burning. Please don’t move Muskoka chairs. You can use patio chairs if on lawn. All dog waste to be discarded by guest. Please bring your own toys & water. There are kids that live in the house and they use the yard so please pick up your dogs poop and note there may be a few toys or buckets outside for the kids. May is a beautiful month when our wall of lilacs are in full bloom for a couple weeks of the month. Thank you.

Welcome to "The Pipeline," a field, bush, and forested area with a stream, pond, and trails that dogs are going to love exploring. No neighbours in any direction to hassle you while making all the noise you want. Grass may be tall or short when you arrive, as it is a hay field, with a trail cut around the perimeter, through the middle, and into the forest to get to the pond. Guests are able to explore the whole property, but please stay in the forest and field areas. We have marked the trails with orange tape so that you can follow or just freestyle it and go wherever the nose leads. We realize sometimes dogs get excited and will venture out of those areas, so dont sweat it. As long as they are having fun, just call them back and continue on your way. We do suggest bringing some bug spray/mosquito repellent. There may be some burrs in the bushes,you have to watch for that. I have recently purchased a trail camera to watch for wildlife around the property, so you may once in a while see that put up in various areas.

Fully Fenced but a small portion is wire fencing (used to be electric fencing but no charge in them now), so might not be appropriate for some small dogs who tend to escape.
