We have hundreds of sheep so we gotta move sheep off adjacent pasture before you come so call evening ahead so we can prepare for your visit. We work 1 day out from a reservation. The property is at the end of a 0.8 mile gravel driveway. There are paths around the property in the woods and a field for ball chasing. It’s very far from a main road and safe for running off leash.

Conveniently located off of 250 and 29, near Stonefield. This yard features 6500 Sq. Ft of fully fenced in area. Fence is 6’ high and also dug into the ground. Water play available in-season only. Outdoor seating for humans and raised and shaded dog bed available for breaks. Fetch! Pet Care of Charlottesville offers personalized in-home pet care services from 30 min. visits to 24-hr overnight care in the client’s home. We also offer private in-home boarding. When our owner’s property is not booked for boarding, the yard is available to book for use on Sniff Spot.

Gate entrance is to the left of the garage. You are able to park along the road or in the driveway. Please be mindful not to block any vehicles in & we will do the same. Feel free to sit and relax on the patio or by the fire pit. We have mature trees, so there is plenty of shade. 💧 There is a hose on the larger patio if you need to fill the water bowl. 🚮 We have a small trash can located by the shed.

I have a background in Vet Tech, have owned and loved many animals throughout my life and feel my calling is to offer my furry friends the best options we have in life. My yard is one of my favorite parts about owning my home. It's Huge, its open and above all else, my two babies can run to their hearts content. This location will only get better with time. Right now, we have a few agility options and plenty of fetch toys. Stay tuned for more updates as time progresses. We have big plans for this place and hope you will enjoy the journey with us. Update: we have added some comfortable seating for both dog’s and their people. We have also added a small kiddy pool, lure pole, large/long tug rope and herding ball. More additions still to come. Hello! My name is Katie and we are so excited to offer our yard space to your furry best friend. My family has lived in an apartment the last two years while house hunting in Crozet, and we have learned how difficult it is to have dogs without access to a yard. Now that we are settling into our new home, we are excited to offer our space for afternoon fetch, morning zoomies, and just lounging in the sunshine. Animals just make the world a better place. You will always have complimentary access to our hammock and swing gazebo but the use of the Solo Stove is an additional fee. Please review our add ons before booking and please text me with any questions you have 571-205-8470. Come enjoy some nature time in our yard in Crozet. :) Arrival Notes: When you arrive you can park anywhere on our gravel drive away. The gate to the right of the house that goes into our garden is where you will enter. Our sunflowers are dead and an eye sore right now, but I’m letting the birds and squirrels finish up their feast of seeds. This “holding” area in the garden gives you a chance to triple check there are no lingering guests or animals in the yard. Once you are in our backyard please shut the gate behind you. Most guests enjoy hanging out in the firepit area where there are hammock swings and seating. Along the fence, you will see a spot for water, toys, and other things I thought you may need. We ask that guests not utilize our small deck near the house, so that our dogs don’t bark and disturb their stay! So far all of our guests have come a second time, so if you end up booking again, I’d love any feedback on how to make your visit extra special.
