Hello! I have approximately one (1) acre fenced in backyard with 4-board wooden fencing. I also host through Rover and all dogs love my backyard!

Additional rules

I would need notification before your arrival. Gate will be locked unless I know you are arriving. Gate will need to be closed at all times, during your stay and when you leave. All doggy doo will need to be picked up in baggies (provided by you) and placed in the trash cans.

This is a lovely, clean and spacious spot with plenty of shade and seating. Nice size for larger dogs to get a full speed run. Jannette has made this a welcoming SniffSpot for owners as well as and dogs ! Would come again when I am traveling through.

Owner was extremely friendly and helpful. My dogs had a great time on the property! Lots of space to run and play, very well manicured as well. Would definitely come back!

I wish I could give this Sniffspot 10 stars! This yard is so beautiful and well maintained. There was more than enough space for my two dogs to chase each other and get their energy out. Easy parking and easy to access the backyard. There is plenty of seating to relax while your dogs play. We actually grabbed lunch nearby and brought it to enjoy while our dogs sniffed around. We did see the person who was renting the basement of the house, so if your dogs are people reactive that could be a problem, but our dogs were fine with it. Overall a beautiful place to stop and let your dogs explore!

This was a wonderful spot! We stopped when passing through on a long road trip to give our two dogs the chance to run, sniff, and stretch their legs. The yard was beautiful and mostly shaded with a secure fence and lots of room to run. There was also very nice seating for humans and a dog bowl with water was provided. Host was a great communicator. Definitely recommend!

This was my two dogs first time here and they had such a blast, the owner is super nice and respectful. The area has lots of shade and seating available. It’s clean as well, the fence was very nice, we were not worried once that our dogs would get out. We will definitely be coming back again!
