Jessica's 4.13 Acre Partially fenced yard

The fenced in yard was tiny which I expected based on previous reviews but the grass was incredibly long, there was dog poop and toys hiding underneath the long grass, chickens in cages and free roaming and multiple dogs in their garage barking at us the entire time. There was also a long pokey plant on the fence that my puppy cut her ear on. I would never go back, I hate leaving bad reviews but these are things I would want to know before hand.

The fenced area is fairly small but my dog is fine off leash so we went towards the back where there is open space. A quiet nice grassy area particularly nice that it has some shade. It's also surrounded by a woody wall so I didn't feel like we'd suddenly see another dog or animal. The was an open shed and also chickens so if your dog doesn't have good recall, I don't recommend using the open space. My only recommendation is to bring bug spray and wear socks and long pants. I cut my visit a little short because I walked through some chiggers. Luckily had some hand sanitizer in the car and hope I killed most of them off before the did any damage! Next time I will load up on bug spray and wear boots.

Fenced area was slightly smaller than expected, and needed the grass cut. However, nice people, access to hose, deck, etc. was great. Unfenced area was shaded and perfect for our off leash fun.

The pups and I had such a great time! We would visit again.

Wonderful, laidback experience!Jessica responded right away when I reached out and she took time to answer all my questions. I was able to book for the next hour; she had a range of time slots. Most places I have seen either only have evening slots or very limited availability. Regarding our experience, Leo loved having a chance to zoom around off leash. We were looking for a quiet, relaxing place to run and play. It was a fully private experience- we were the only ones there. Also, loved being on a property with different play areas. This one included back woods to explore, an open yard area to play fetch, and a fenced in area with lots of toys and water! Will 100% visit again!

Great spot! There is a fenced in deck and back yard that is nice for relaxing and then a larger unfenced wooded area that my dogs enjoyed sniffing and exploring. There was water, toys, ample shaded seating, and a kiddie pool!
