Large private field in residential area that has securely contained dogs for years. Grass is regularly mowed. Multiple dog toys and agility type obstacles available.

HOST NOTE

Property is lined with many trees so branches and sticks are common. ground is uneven in some places but mostly near the edges. I always recommend a walkthrough of the property for peace of mind and to identify any potential hazards. If you see where toys or dog waste has been left by a previous guest please private message us so we can address it. Thank you

Any of the toys and obstacles in the Sniffspot are available for you to use. Just place them back when you are done. Also please pick up after your puppies and notify me if you see where somebody else has left out toys or dog waste so we can address the issues as they happen.

This location sits along Indian Creek. There are a few access points to the creek as you walk along the field. Grasses will remain short until May. At that point nothing is mowed until August to promote nesting and wildlife habitat. There are no houses visible from this location. A road runs along the property, but if you follow the creek you can easily stay 500-1000 feet off the road. Your dog will be free to roam, swim in the creek, dig all it wants with no worry of hurting anything, go to the bathroom freely in the wild. I trained Labrador retrievers for 16 years, and would love to help with retrieval skills if requested.
