55This was the best day of my dog’s life! My 1 year old golden is extremely high energy and we are not built for apartment living at all. We go on adventures daily but she just needs some good off leash freedom sometimes and it is so hard to find places in Knoxville that there are no people around. We rented this spot for 2 hours and it was a great way for us to try out her off leash skills that we have been working on in training with the peace of mind that there wouldn’t be other people and dogs. She did amazing and had so much fun swimming and sprinting around. It was also so nice for us to get some exercise in and explore with her. She definitely could have gotten out of the fence where the gates are if she wanted to and was not trained to be off leash already but that was not a problem for us. I think just be prepared if you have a runner and/or smaller dogs that do not recall. Safe to say she is happy and tired. Thank you!!
45My dogs enjoyed this spot very much! There was a lot of room for them to run around. My Aussie did slip through the fence and on to the road, but thankfully I was able to call him back inside the fence.

55This place is incredible for me and my buddy Obediah! Neither of us were made for small apartment city living, so coming here gives my German Shepherd / Coonhound / Black Mouth Cur mutt puppy the space he needs to run and develop strong muscles while giving me the nature time I need. This is one of our all time favorite spots! :)
55We loved the huge space, and Taylor was very responsive with directions and details we might need before we even asked. There is a fence around the property, but it is simple barbed wire in some places, which was enough to keep our big boy on the straight and narrow, but might be relevant to those with smaller creatures. Crosby loved bounding through the tall grass and man, the sniffs he sniffed! We didn't see any other people or animals while there, but one portion of the property butts up against some residential areas and we saw a dog house in the backyard, so we avoided that area, just in case. We are working on off-leash training so we didn't want to come upon any surprises and potentially set Crosby up for failure. The property is certainly big enough that you have plenty of space to explore without going toward the residential areas. The pond didn't have any concerning algae that we saw, but we avoided it simply for the winter water levels and our dog's propensity for getting covered in muck. We did see the rental cabins and there was a bag of garbage on the doorstep of one (probably someone checked out recently), but luckily Crosby did not attempt to chomp on it We will definitely be back and are grateful for this huge space to play in!
55This is our new favorite sniffspot! We will definitely be back. The property is SO beautiful and fully fenced in so I wasn’t worried at all about my dog wondering around. There is so much space to run and play ball and the creek is a cherry on top for warmer days especially with a long hair dog.
55Lovely!! Had a great time with two of my dogs, basically like going on a private hike. Some of the gates were open today with work going on and in general, just be aware that there are boundaries and fences but some dogs will go through the cattle gates. Can’t wait to go back. My dogs had such a good time run, exploring and sniffing everything.
