Shaded by large oak trees, this spacious backyard has ample area to roam freely, run & play, and sun bathe in. Surrounded by fence all around and no other pets in the home, the backyard is perfect for dogs to let loose in.

Come enjoy this 1/2 acre fully fenced grass play space on a private horse farm. Large oak tree and plenty of shade. Large and small dogs welcome! Chairs, Water hose and sprinkler available.

4 acres of doggy paradise. Fully fenced. Large pond for your dog to cool down, lots of smells, 12 feet tall “mountain” for athletic dogs. Lots of natural shade plus shade sails. Hanging hammock. For your convenience: *dog toys * towels * first aid kit * water collars * dog bowls * hand sanitizer * poop bags * dog swimming vest * drinking water (5 gallon jog) * large bowl of ice (available at request when host is on site) * restroom (available at the barn, please note that you might encounter people if you walk in the barn) NOTE: there are no people/dogs at the sniff spot but you can encounter people while walking through the property to access the spot. If your dog is human reactive please contact us before booking as on weekends mornings and M-F after 5 there might be people on the property (there are never people at the sniff spot, but sniff spot is part of 26 acres property and there might be people at the other parts of the property). Please keep in mind, there is a resident dog on site, Labrador Big Max, therefore it is crucial that you arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your appointment, so Big Max is inside and does not come to greet you. There is lots of space to park, please note, there is no driving on the lawn, you need to walk to the spot’s gate. Please don’t drive on the lawn.

Let your dog(s) play and enjoy some freedom in our beautiful back yard. There is a shade canopy where you can get out of the sun while your dog plays. There is also a picnic table for seating and a hose spigot for water for your furry friends. And we have 3 grills that are available for use (for an extra fee. See Extras).

Beautiful 1 acre spot with lots of shade from the royal poinciana tree . Covered area as well to give some well needed shade when desired. Sink with hose as well to make sure always plenty of fresh water. Lots of room to run around , chase squirrels , rabbits , etc. Simple rules of prefer no heavy digging . Dogs are not permitted to use pool, but more then welcome to turn on sprinkler and have them have fun. Bathing is allowed as well using the hose. Your dog will love it here as do my dogs.

1.25 acres fully fenced. A separate small fenced area for your Tiny babies if you like. Full tiki with fans and fridge for your comfort

Very big pool great big back yard, nice grass , shade under trees , 100% secure , clean pool witch can be used , plenty of toys and towels available if needed

Our backyard is nestled in a small, quiet, and dog friendly neighborhood. A bowl of water for the pups, sun screen, and pet safe mosquito repellent will be provided. Please bring your own towels if you plan on using the pool. You are more than welcome to adjust the umbrella and outdoor seating so that you stay under the shade. In the event some of these items are not provided it's due to my husband and I most likely not being home and not having enough time to set up. I do apologize in advanced but I do hope you also provide your own amenities just in case. :) PARKING - In picture 2 is where you will park where the red rectangle is. Directly in front of the house, tires flush against the grass but not on the grass. Please use the gate on the left side if you are facing the house. The Sniffspot sign will be posted. POOL - Our pool is chlorinated and maintained weekly. The shallow end is 3 ft and the deep end is 7 ft. It is not heated. There is a hose near the patio for you to bathe your pup after the pool if you wish. Please provide your own shampoo. Humans are more than welcome to enjoy the pool as well! :) THURSDAYS - Our pool maintenance man comes on Thursdays between the hours of 10am-12pm so please do not book during this window. FLORIDA HEAT - Please be mindful of the temperature. Read this article from the AKC to familiarize yourself with a heat stroke in dogs and what to look for. https://www.akc.org/expert-advice/health/heatstroke-in-dogs/ BLUE TOOTH SPEAKERS - We offer our guests access to our "Tahiti Bluetooth tiki torch" speakers so you can play music while your enjoying your playtime with your pup! Instructions on how to connect are sent via welcome text 2 hours before you arrive. NIGHT - Bookings are open to take at night. It's dimly lit and no lighting on either side of the house so please take that into consideration. I suggest you bring your own flashlight or portable camping lantern. TRAINERS AND DOG WALKERS - My space is available to you as well! TRANSPERANCEY - For safety reasons there will be a camera facing the backyard so yes you will be recorded. :) NO DIGGING - Please do not allow your dogs to dig in the dirt area that boarders the pool or the yard. We are in process of patching up the dirt area. EMERGENCY - In case of an emergency and someone is home please do not hesitate to knock on the door! Help is not guaranteed but we will try to assist in anyway within legal limitations. Coral Springs Emergency Animal Hospital is also the closest clinic.
