Thanks for the water! We brought our own, but my dogs liked your water better! Lol. My doggos loved it! They had a blast and were smiling from ear to ear with their “freedom.” We’re training a working dog puppy and a public dog park isn’t a good environment. Having access to a private space that is new for them is wonderful Thanks so much for sharing your quiet space. We’ll be back for sure!

Great spot. Lots of shade. Angela was awesome and let me know if there would be distractions that could bother my pup. Really appreciate that. Definitely will be coming back.

The space was nice, quiet and a whole lot cooler in temperature due to the tall trees on the property. There were chairs and a bowl of fresh water for the dogs when we arrived. BRING MOSQUITO SPRAY! The directions were relevant and clear. My doggies enjoyed the openness and were not disturbed by other animals or people. I was nervous about seeing that the property was unfenced but I barely saw 3 cars drive past while we were there. I actually like it better unfenced vs fenced. I think the dogs felt a little more free with the openness.

I am a manager at Target, have 3 kids 17, 6, and 11 mths old. We love the outdoors, so we got this beautiful yard out here in magnolia. Want to be able to share it with others who can enjoy it as much as we do.

We have what I would concider a nice spot here. We live on a non fenced acre with the houses on both sides a good distance away. The acres behind and the one behind our neighbor dont have houses on them. Good view.

R&R’s Urban Haven - NW Houston (290/Bltwy 8/249)

Back when I didn’t have a yard and had two younger dogs - I would spend a couple hours sitting in my apartments dog park so they could roam and be dogs while I did my work during the day. I hope you will feel comfortable during the duration of your booking to spend it training, lounging, or whatever purpose it serves for you and your dog. Two kennels provided. Access to bowls for water/food. Some toys are out for you to use while at spot. Basic snacks for dogs/people upon request. Large fan provided under the covered patio for keeping cool. Plenty of seating, including 4 Adirondack chairs. Stock pond dogs are welcome to hop in. Spot Environment: Yard is pesticide and fertilizer free. Off street parking available for one car. Picking up after pets has no exceptions, we have a poop eater. Neighbors do have dogs, none are outdoor only, and fence is secured. Lowest portion of fence is where you enter standing at 4 feet. All yard fencing (facing others) is 6 feet. Additional Spot Rules: One person per additional dog required for chaperoning beyond two dogs (if larger than 30 pounds). Children are welcome but not allowed in stock tank pool.

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
	Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
	Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.
