Description

Welcome to our private, fully fenced yard in Magnolia! This quarter-acre space is a great spot for dogs to safely run, play, sniff, and burn off some energy without the distractions of a public dog park. The yard has secure fencing with no gaps, plenty of open space to explore, and a few fun extras including agility equipment and dog toys. Fresh drinking water is available for your pup, along with chairs and a table so you can relax while they play. We want this to be an easy, comfortable place for dogs and their people to enjoy some private outdoor time. Whether your dog needs room to zoom, prefers playing away from unfamiliar dogs, or just loves exploring a new yard, we’d love to have you!

Close to The Woodlands area (~5-10 minutes) Pool and large fenced yard with lots of shade to play in. Covered patio and a table with umbrella are available to use as well. Pool is available for clean dogs and two adults. No children allowed in pool. Always call before you make a reservation to avoid conflicts. This is a multipurpose venue, and we may have other rentals schedule. You and your dog are welcome to wander the 3-acre unfenced backlot (leashed or unleased) behind the Epic Mancave. We are part of the Epic Creative Co-Op, and home to The Woodlands Art League.
