Description
EASTLINE ROMP AND PLAY – DOG PARK RULES 1. Members ONLY! Use of the part without a registration tag from the Town of Malta is strictly prohibited. 2. Registration tags are valid from Jan 1st until Dec 31st each calendar year. 3. The park is Open daily from 7:30am until sunset, unless otherwise posted as closed by the Town of Malta. 4. All dogs must wear a valid dog license and annual dog park registration tag must be present for the current year while on premises. 5. Dogs with a history of dangerous or aggressive behavior are prohibited. Dogs displaying aggressive behavior must be removed from the park. 6. Puppies under four months old are prohibited. 7. Dogs less than 30 lbs. should socialize in the smaller area. 8. Female dogs in heat are prohibited. 9. Dogs approaching and leaving the park must remain leashed at all times until inside the double gated off- leash areas. Leashes should then be removed before entering through the inner gate. 10. No spiked/prong collars while dogs are playing. 11. No children under age 6 allowed inside the fences. Children 12 and under require adult supervision. 12. No more than 2 dogs per member in the park at one time. 13. Owners are required to clean up after their dog. Waste bags and disposal areas are provided. 14. No food or dog treats allowed inside the fenced areas. 15. Owners must provide their own water and water bowls. 16. No smoking and no alcohol allowed at the park. 17. Parking lot and paved walks may not be cleared during snow events – please enter at your own risk. 18. Refill any and all holes dug by your dog/dogs. 19. Close all gates properly!! 20. Healthy dogs only please. 21. Any commercial or business activities require prior approval from the Town of Malta. An additional permit application must be completed and proof of insurance is required.

A great stick collection for any stick shopping you fur baby may want. There is nature abound, the yard is often visited by deer and fox, and plenty of birds! The yard is unfenced but the roads are quiet most days and most times, as the neighborhood is off the main road and home to many families who prefer leisure over noisy areas.
