55One of the best Sniffspots we have been to. Beautiful property and easy to get to (although my GPS did send me to the neighbors at first, I just looked for the campground sign). Lots of space for dogs to run and play including a large green space, a small pond, and wooded trails with a creek. I appreciated the little orange flags to keep us on the right trails. My dogs had a blast and are all tuckered out. Thanks for hosting!

55Our dog was so happy! Lots of room to run. The woods was her favorite part. The neighbors fence was a good visual marker of boundary lines but barbed wire is an aggressive choice. We had to be vigilant to keep her from getting to close so she wouldn’t accidentally run into it. She enjoyed the grassy trails too. Thank you very much!

55Very fun. Lots of room to run and places to explore. My dogs were very tired by the end of it. Be prepared for some dirty dogs if you plan on coming and bring bug spray. We definitely will come again.

55Such an interactive and large space for the dogs to run and sniff! A few trails through the woods with a creek and lots of grass and prairie paths to explore. The pond was also full of frogs and the dogs splashed around!

Marengo, Ohio

Description

Located at Grins & Pickin's CampFarm, an outdoor recreation facility located just outside of Marengo, OH. Dogs love all the smells here! We are rooted in nature! There are paths, trails, woods, a creek, a fishing pond and fields to explore, run and play. You may park in the parking lot at the back of the driveway near the outbuildings. A small trash can and water dish will be provided. There is a map of the grounds on the bulletin board and you will notice that the property is rectangle shape with half of the grounds green space and the other half wooded. If you unleash your dog, it must obey when you call it back because if it goes into the neighbor's yard, I will have to close my spot.

Dogs love it here because of all the smells! Dogs must be leased unless well trained. There are deer, fox, turkey, rabbit, mink, squirrel, raccoons, feral cats, penned chickens and ducks who also live here. No glass allowed on property - we like to go barefoot here. 5 MPH.

Plenty of sticks to throw if your dog likes to chase them. The children’s above ground swimming pool is not for dogs. Please don’t put them in the pool.
