Description

Back yard is about 3/4 to an acre fully fenced. There is an above ground pool with a fence around the deck. Small dogs will be able to sneak through the pool deck fence so use caution with smaller pups. We block the deck off with all the pool junk best we can. Depending on if we are home the yard is always picked up before each guest and fresh water put out for your pup. If you need to book with shorter notice, send me a message and see if I can make accommodations. I also block time off to mow grass or if we are using the pool. A lot of the time I am done early so you can always message me and we can see if it’s available. Any questions just ask :)

Fire pit use+wood15 credits

If wanting to use the fire pit please message first to make sure we will be home to make sure its ok and won’t cause issues for guests after you. Will also not have the cushions out to prevent any burn holes. Will include more then enough wood for your visit and I can have it going before you arrive if we are home. NO BONFIRES. Normal size camp fire is fine. Be responsible and keep an eye on dogs and humans. You are responsible for any injuries due to use.

Patio Heater10 credits

Wood fired patio heater. There is a photo of it in the description. Basically an outdoor pellet stove with window to see the flames. Heats from the bottom to the top instead of just the top like a propane heater.

Neighbors have dogs that will visit at the fence! But they are willing to keep them inside if your dog(s) get upset. Entry: you can park anywhere in the back of the driveway near the fence gate. The fence gate has a carabiner on the inside that ensures the gate stays latched. You can easily reach your hand through to remove. Gate is very heavy but will open easily about 2 feet for entry without having to lift the gate to get it wider. Please replace carabiner when leaving.

We have almost 16 acres, just 1 mile from Canonsburg & McMurray. We have 3 separate pastures fenced in. One is where we plant our gardens, one is large & fenced in (but not escape proof), and one is about 1/2 acre. This smaller one is secure (unless your dog is very small or will dig under a fence) If you want your dog to be off leash we will ask you to use the 1/2 acre back pasture which has cattle fencing (you will access using a secure gate). If you keep your dog on the leash you’re welcome to walk him or her anywhere in our other pastures or in our woods. Before you let your dog off the leash, please inspect my fencing to be sure your dog will not be able to get out. Two chairs and a table are provided for comfort. A first aid kit, poop bags and a trash can are available. Water bowls (filled with clean water) and dog toys/balls will be available and will be sanitized after every use.
