55Good spot for the doggos to run around. They particularly loved the pond area. The host was accommodating and helped us get orientated once we arrived. Tired pups are happy pups!
55Great spot for dogs that you can manage with long lines or that have stellar recall. Personally, still left a long line on my dog with a great recall as you can see 75 from the spot. Only thing that could make it better would be markers for the trails and sniffspot itself

55This is a great spot for true adventure dogs (like mine). We loved exploring the various trails around the property, and running through the brush. Jeff also let us know that there was a small pond on the property so we checked that out too! He was so kind to bring my dog water, a treat, and a brush for the tiny little burrs that got caught in his coat. All in all, this is an excellent sniffspot and we'd love to visit again!

55This was the perfect quick escape for my girl. We caught Jeff with short notice so he didn’t have time to groom the field and it actually made it better for my pup who loves to be a shark in the tall grass.
55Five Stars and then some! This is country dog heaven. If you’re dog bores easily with small manicured fenced lawns and has good recall, this is the place to bring them! It’s interesting and has mounds, a creek, high and low grass, trees, and scents galore. Jeffrey is down to earth and the most like-able host. This is located right off 75 right outside McKinney. The drive is very close and worth it. Any other place that was even half this much fun was more than an hour drive away from McKinney. Your dog will thank you for this ruff natural spot.

Description

Hello y'all! *Sorry for the inconvenience I am only allowing people on Sundays.* I live on 12 acres that is surrounded by a tree line and deep creek. There is no easy way to the creek but if you have a spry and energetic dog they will love the climb to get to it. The area is not fenced however, so supervision of the dogs is a must. I have a few trails you can take your dogs on and a wooded area they can run hide and dig up. Parking is to be done at the house of lot 56. No parking to be done at the commercial residence of the company there. Behind the house I have about 2 acres of mowed grass as well. But if your doggo likes to run around until it's tired and come back to fall on you, I have the perfect place for the adventurous pups. Lastly, there ARE feral cats that stay at the barn next door. They stick pretty close to their area but be prepared to call your dog off or walk them to the field before letting them off the leash please.

Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.
