The yard is really big and super shady! Lots of sticks for the dogs to play with. Water and a trash can was provided and there’s a nice bench to sit at. Great sniffspot!

Very peaceful setting. Water bowl looked fresh. Trash can set up for poop deposits. I did see one small dog size poop - shame that someone else didn’t pick up. Also one small spot along the back fence where it looks like a dog may have started digging out but otherwise very secure. Neighbor even waved to me! This was my first time using sniffspot and I will again!

Laurie took as much care as possible to keep the yard safe and dog friendly. Plenty of water and a trash can to clean up after your dogs. Mine were worn out in about 30 minutes from her large yard.

Really nice, peaceful spot with lots of nature. It was great for our dogs who like nose work more than toy play. Communication was great with the host, love the property- can’t wait to visit again in spring!

Very nice backyard with space to run and lots of sticks to play with. My pup was in love with all the sticks- I didn’t even need to bring his toys. I will say that one of the neighbors backyard backs right into this backyard and it’s a short iron fence between the yards- there were kids yelling and running around pretty close to us so it did freak my pup out some and we did leave early. Other than that it is a lovely space to go play.

Thank you for letting us come! Our dogs had so much fun. Plenty of space for three dogs! (We had 2 pitbulls and a corgi). I’d be a bit concerned if you have an XS dog that could get out of the fence but our 25lbs dog could not. We’d definitely come back again. :)

The yard was perfect, safe, well maintained, and beautiful. Little bench to relax on while your pet plays. Mine was zooming so fast all I could get of her was a blur! She was very happy and enjoyed her play day out.

This was the perfect quick escape for my girl. We caught Jeff with short notice so he didn’t have time to groom the field and it actually made it better for my pup who loves to be a shark in the tall grass.

Five Stars and then some! This is country dog heaven. If you’re dog bores easily with small manicured fenced lawns and has good recall, this is the place to bring them! It’s interesting and has mounds, a creek, high and low grass, trees, and scents galore. Jeffrey is down to earth and the most like-able host. This is located right off 75 right outside McKinney. The drive is very close and worth it. Any other place that was even half this much fun was more than an hour drive away from McKinney. Your dog will thank you for this ruff natural spot.

What an amazing spot!! My pups immediately thought they were wild dogs as they explored the woods on little critter trails. They were exhausted from all of the scents the acres had to offer! Jeffrey is a wonderful host! We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Such an easy in. Enough room for our border collie to chase her balls and burn energy. Nothing in the yard to distract her or pose a risk. Very nice visit. Will go again.
