45These are just FYI and I am by no means complaining. We had a good time, definitely glad we checked it out, and it was good enough for my dog, just not PERFECT! It’s not a full 5 acres. I could be mistaken, but based off the info, you have access to the area in front of the house and the pond. This isn’t a place to explore, more just some big games of fetch and swim in the pond. No signage so had to double and triple check I was at the right place and where I could go. No trash cans to dump waste. Now they DID have city trash bins but I didn’t want to assume I could use them, so I brought the poo home with me 🤢 No chairs by the pond.. I had a yoga mat i brought out to sit on You can hear their dogs, which I expected. Front house has a horse that hangs by the fence so just be aware if your dog has a natural curiosity. The front gate is open and the fencing is wide enough to fit through. Be wary if your dog doesn’t have the best recall or has a strong urge to follow their nose!! Overall, LOTS of distractions! The road out front is main-ish. Quite a bit of traffic and with the open gate, so if you have an escape artist be prepared! Again, it’s a good enough place to burn some energy, but these are things I noticed. For the price, what you’re getting, and distance from home, we probably won’t make it back

The owners have dogs but they are secure and if your dog needs exposure in a safe environment this was a great place. Watch out for some stickers if you aren't used to country grass. 😉
55My Furgie loved it!! Plenty of space to run full throttle and the water was shallow enough on the edge that she felt comfortable going in. No sudden deep drop off.

This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.

My yard is a big open space, in the middle it has no shade, but I also have big trees that do provide some sort of shade.
