Please be aware that, as with any natural wooded environment, there may be uneven ground, tree roots, sticks, fallen branches, rocks, insects, poison ivy, mushrooms and other natural outdoor hazards. A ⅓-acre pond for dogs who love to splash and swim during the summer heat. The shallower side of the pond is near the bridge, with water starting at about 1 foot deep and gradually sloping to around 5 feet at the deepest end 2 acres of open fields perfect for running, chasing balls, and stretching those legs. 1 acre near the house is not fenced

This small hilly area is cut once a year so the tall grass is a joy for dogs to run through! Great area to play fetch for hours with your energetic buddy or let your puppy run and explore the scents of wildlife. It’s open land: 2 sides bordered with tree line, one side is my home, and the other side is a parking area and a warehouse. *There is a small pond not tended to on the property and is not available to guests. Our home sits on 8 acres with Glade Run Creek running through it! We have two large fields as well as woods in the back of the house. If you need a quiet place for your dog to roam and swim like our dogs do, please enjoy! (My dogs will be put away and we no longer have birds…just a cute photo for reference/view of the property) Note: the field with the golf course and volleyball is not our property. One of our neighbors has a dog that is occasionally out which we have no control over, however, there are 8 acres to explore so if you see his dog outside on his property, it’s easy to avoid an interaction. In the summer, the wire fence around the garden in the front field is electric to keep out deer, won’t hurt your pup but will definitely give them a startling zip if they touch it. If we are home we will sometimes be out on our deck, mostly in the summer, but our house is up on the hill and with 8 acres to explore and the creek running through the center of our property, it’s easy to still have your privacy.
