Over 10 Acres Fully Fenced Farm

As always a good time for our two dogs! Beautiful property

A wonderful large fenced in area for your dog to explore off leash. It features trees, a small hill and grassy open spaces. Note that the property is broken up into several different fenced in areas, it isn't one 10 acre fenced area. Our host showed us around the different areas, and we got a walkie talkie to carry in case we needed to contact them. Our dog loved it, since she normally has to be on a leash on her walks.

Amazing property and extremely friendly and helpful hosts. Can’t wait to go back, my three dachshunds had a great sniffari!

We always have fun coming here. I tried the hammock out for the first time and am proud to say I only fell once getting into it. The dogs enjoyed finding all the smells and playing too

This is such an amazing place to take your puppy! Victoria was so nice and welcoming. My puppy had a great time! We are definitely going to come back.

We stopped here while traveling to let our two dogs have a break from the car and run around - They loved it! A large, fenced-in space with fields and some lightly wooded areas, perfect for them to get some running and sniffing in! If we lived closer we would be back all the time!

Absolutely amazing! Without question the best Sniffspot within 250 mile radius! And I’ve gone to 47 sniff spots since June.  if you have dogs that like to smell, they will love it! It’s very natural there’s a lot of woods and brush and trees, and there are animals everywhere! My dogs had the absolute time of their lives! And it’s very very, very large property! And also, it is in Elkton, just so you’re aware which is much closer than what it’s showing on the listing. It only took us 15 minutes to get there from Bel Air.  the families absolutely amazing very nice people very helpful. Everything was perfect! I highly highly highly suggest that you try this, Sniffspot! You will not be disappointed!

This is by far the most unbelievable Sniffspot I have ever been to! And I have been to all of the 5+ acre sniff spots in the 150 mile radius. This Sniffspot is absolutely the best Sniffspot in a 250 mile radius!  I’ve been to 47 sniff spots since June and I guarantee that this is the best without question within 250 mile radius.  it’s all still very natural so there’s so many animals smells, and my dogs had the time of their lives! I’ve never seen them happier! We spent three hours there, and they still didn’t want to come home!  I promise you, as a Sniffspot connoisseur, this is without question the best within 250 miles. You must try it!  And it’s actually located in Elkton Maryland so it wasn’t very far from my house either only about 50 minutes. I know that on the map and it says it’s farther away but it’s not.  it is also the biggest Sniffspot I have ever been to as well.  Nurse are wonderful and kind and they give you walkie-talkies. In case you’re out and about and you need to get in touch with them. They’re very very nice and it was a pleasure to be there and you just have to try it! I guarantee you that it will be your favorite spot!
